Had dinner with my wife on November 3rd 2018. I had read the Trip Advisor reviews so has an idea of what the place was like, but was not disappointed...it was great.Atmosphere very charming, it is a small place with an eclectic rustic feel. Nice relaxing Latin style. The husband and wife team are lovely and helpful, and speak good English. So to the food,we shared a Mushroom bruschetta, and empanadas for starter, and the Rib-eye with salad for mains. Both were delightful and tasty, the empanadas with delicious filling and thin crispy pastry. The rib-eye was medium rare and was plenty big enough for us two. So tender, so tasty... arguably the best tasting steak I have eaten. What people mean by a rare or medium rare, or say in French a point or saignant (?) does vary by country in my experience, and I did notice a couple of complaints in Trip advisor about this point inTrip Advisor reviews for this restaurant. My perspective is this...I always order medium rare, and my wife often orders rare. Our steak last night was on the rare side of medium rare, my wife as very happy, and I was too, and it was so tender and tasty and my wife had the rarer parts. If we were able to go again (which unfortunately we canât) we would order medium rare again. If you are expecting medium rare to be just slightly pink in the middle I would say go for medium. My wife had a glass of house Malbec which was very good (you get a baby carafe). The bill as very reasonable for food of such quality...around £30 with tip - though we had no room for desserts or coffee. This was such a pleasant dinner, so much better than pretentious âfain dining nonsenseâ with smears of this and that and little artistic piles of things proving your food has been touched by every Tom, Dick and Maurice in the kitchen.Best to make a reservation! Lastly the restaurant is a bit out of town, but was perfect for us..walking distance from the Lirolay Suites.

Walking around Bariloche and we saw this restaurant. The interior was pleasing and our waiter was very accommodating. He gave us our menus and explained the set meal of the day as well as other specials. I decided on an empanada to start and the chicken which was the daily meal. My Wife had an empanada and the complete salad. Both were ample portions and tasty. Actually the carne empanada was the best so far in Argentina. This restaurant is a hidden gem! Also take note of the street right across from the restaurant.

A trip to mexico in patagonia. with products from the area in all mexican style, dirks, margaritas, quality beer, tacos, fajitas and much more.
We happened onto this restaurant by chance, the one recommended to us was packed and super noisy. We loved the food! Big portions, we ordered 2 quesadillas (chicken and vegetarian) and a chicken salad, all were wonderful but way too much for two! Highly recommended!
