You should not come to Patagonia without experiencing a Parilla. This is some of the best meat, and when cooked right, like this house, it is one of the most memorable dinners you can have. This spot is very low key and friendly to families. It also has a decent wine selection. Very casual, but very good.

Salad not very interesting, Fish was dry , cocktail ok. Rates bit expensive. The place is nice to chill though if I went again would probably just stick to a pizza.Thank you very much for your comment and review! We are glad, that you had a good experience at La Maroma Cerveceria! We work every day to improve and offer our customers a better quality service. We wait for you again soon!Best regards, LA MAROMA Management

Chavela is a Pub and Micro-Brewery. We brew our own beer and cook multicultural dishes from all over the world (argentinian, mexican, arabic, israeli, palestinian, etc.) focused on street food. You can also find typical local recipies from Patagonia, like
Martin is cooking such thoughtful food at Chavela - I felt very lucky to be able to experience it. His devotion to this place exceeds many chefs and restaurant owners, and you can taste it. I also heard one of the loveliest live music performances of my life here, so if youâre able to catch any shows I highly recommend doing so. The menu, the community, the dancing, the beer brewed on site - Chavela is truly a gem.

Cocina De Montaña-platos Patagonicos: Truchas, cordero, Ciervo Y Carnes Asadas- Platos Vegetarianos,veganos-
Pizza had cardboard crust; tomato salad was a few tomato wedges without any adornment, herbs or elaboration. The Trucha a Limon was an artlessly baked trout drowned in lemon juice. Service was attentive to the point of intrusiveness. Wouldn't waste your time or money.

We always enjoy eating at Patio Venzano. Great "Asado" and pastas. The interior patio is really lovely in the summer where you can watch your meat being grilled right there. Salads are always nice and fresh too!

Great little craft beer pub just before entering El Bolsón. The blonde beer is quite good, and half the price of Bariloche pubs!Pizza was heaped with toppings and very tasty. We even picked up a puppy from the owners' dog's litter to take home!

In our way down on the unbelievable R40, we pass through El Bolson. After walk the very nice town, it was time for lunch. Then we pick this venture. Servers cordiality was the standard as in the whole Patagonia. The place was nice and clean, the food very good, homemade and in oversize portions. It is normal in Argentina, to order dishes to be share. Here you better stick to the rule. Everything in the Menu, (no too wide by the way, but the quality compensate it) is to be order without regret to be wrong, I say this not only because what we have tried, but for the dishes that we observer to pass by for the other patrons. The local Beers are amazing and wine is always good in the whole country. They have a wide selection of both. Is a place to be recommended.

We stopped here for lunch on the way to the border and stayed much longer than initially planned. Great food, a beautiful sitting-out area underneath the trees, friendly staff. Really nice. Good for parents with toddlers: there is a solid fence, so our kid could run around all he wanted while we had our food without us having to observe him too closely. Upon leaving we discovered that there even was a play area inside.
