In Sabina esistono poche realtaâ dove si mangia il pesce di qualità . Alla Casina nel Parco eâ addirittura sublime. Pesce fresco, banco di lavorazione dei crudi che sono divini ed una cucina di âcuore e passioneâ. Lo chef e proprietario (dettaglio non trascurabile) Francesco eâ persona professionale ed appassionato, basta assaporare i suoi piatti per capire un po della sua personalitaâ. Oltre il pesce (senza dubbio il miglior ristorante di Pesce da Roma a Rieti) le portate di carne sono assolutamente prelibatezze.Lo consiglio sia per pranzo che per cena, ampi spazi anche allâesterno per i bambini ma anche ideale per una cena piuâ romantica la sera. Ottima selezione di vini e personale cortese e professionale. Vengo alla Casina da 11 anni ed ho trovato la qualitaâ sempre piuâ alta. Consigliatissimo

Fabulous road side restaurant at a petrol station just off the A1 motorway at the exit for Magliano Sabina. Great service with an enormous smile and just fabulous home cooking with a limited but most satisfying menu. It may not look like much from the outside but the food is fantastic and just such good value e.g. a litre of local white wine for â¬5. An absolute must for both lunch or dinner.

Trasferta di lavoro per una settimana presso un'azienda nello stesso stabile. Provato questo piccolo locale per la pausa pranzo del lunedì, riconfermato per tutte le pause pranzo successive! Piatti tipici della cucina romana (e non solo), squisiti, preparati al momento nella piccola cucina a vista e a prezzi da bar. Cordialità e occhio di riguardo per il cliente. Ragazzi che si danno da fare, con ottimi risultati!
