I had a Vegan dinner in this restaurant and I liked all the dishes I had.The staff is young but very welcoming, the dishes were served in time woithout long Waits.The wine list is not so wide but still good.The price is in line with the quality of the food; in my humble opinion nowadeys Vegan food is trendy so have a meal in this restaurant is more expensive than the typical ones.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.BOOK IN ADVANCE

Il titolo dice tutto.Chi mai si immaginerebbe che in una zona semi periferica di Reggio Emilia, lontanissimo dal mare, dove la tradizione culinaria schiaccia qualsiasi cosa che non siano tortelli, maiale e ragù, si possa trovare un angolo di eccellenza di pesce del genere?Si sta bene al Liffo, si mangia e si beve bene. Maurizio (l'oste) e la moglie Feng sono disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta o curiosità che sia. Il pesce (che rappresenta la maggior parte dei piatti) è freschissimo e sapientemente lavorato. I crudi eccezionali.La qualità si paga e in questo caso molto volentieri.Complimenti e avanti così!

La mia compagna è celiaca ed abbiamo voluto provare questo posto. Decisamente una fantastica sorpresa. Quasi tutto il menù è adatto ai celiaci, ma quelli che non lo sono non se ne accorgono. Anzi si gustano uno strepitoso strudel di vedure, delle ribs ben cotte oppure una buona trippa infine un buon dolce. Con una bottiglia di Lambrusco, il conto è decisamente economico (come mangiare una pizza).Diventerà un nostro riferimento per il futuro.Bravi !

A newish place, open since the start of 2016, Il TaglieRe is an enthusiastically-run, friendly establishment just outside the pedestrian areas to the south west of the town, easily reached by foot. It's name is a play on words - "King of the Cuts", and indeed you have a glorious selection of salume and formaggii here. There are home made pasta dishes and a few hot secondi, too. The service is prompt and ever so friendly. The whole experience was most pleasant and I'd recommend this place for a simple meal. The bill came to 45 Euro, for which we had a meat platter with five different types, six slices of each, a cheese platter with 5 different types, 2 good pieces of each, all the bread you could eat including little home-made focaccie, two litres of mineral water, two glasses of local chardonnay, and a bottle of red wine. This is typical of this gastronomic town, although, as I have warned in my review of Melli's, you still need to select with care!
