We were here a year ago and couldnât wait to come back to enjoy their patacones (deep fried plantain chips) and many other items on their diverse menu. Our friend is vegan and he could have a fabulous meal along with the steak eaters of the group. Best drinks on the beach and the ocean views canât be beat. Be ready to sit back, relax and enjoy an evening of food, family and friends. You will not be disappointed!

Lindo lugar para salir de la rutina tiene piscina con tobogán, areas verdes, restaurante rancho tÃpico, algunas aves exóticas, estanques de peces.La comida buena y fresca, la atención del dueño es muy buena.
We stopped in to this restaurant to ask for directions, the staff was incredibly helpful, and while we were talking, we began to notice how delicious the food looked, and how clean the restaurant was. Every time a customer got up from the table, a staff member would run over, clear off the entire table, wipe everything down, not just wipe around stuff, take everything off the table, wipe everything down... The kitchen looks incredibly clean, we watched them clean everything as they cook, it is amazing, the bathroom was the same, this place blew our minds! And of course, the food was delicious, we are thoroughly impressed with this little hole in the wall, it's the perfect place to stop if you're traveling Hwy 2 in Costa Rica!
Great food. Pricing reasonable. Staff some of which could speak English. Wanted a safe pull off to eat with family. Very clean and easy on and off highway.
We visited this restaurant while looking for a place to buy fresh seafood, so found it by accident. My husband and I got a beer and split an order of ceviche mixto, served with fried plantains and a garnish of star fruit which was fabulous. We saw another table served with a huge casado plate which we plan to order next time there. Worth keeping a lookout for the sign along Rte 34 north of the center of Parrita.
We stopped here for an authentic Costa Rican lunch. We were all very happy with the decision. The special was delicious, and the shrimp and rice was so loaded with shrimp, we couldn't finish it. The atmosphere is clean and modern but pretty close to the road. Prices were reasonable and we'd love to go back and try some more of their menu items.

Our restaurant offers excellent dishes inspired by the cuisine of New Orleans and local cuisine . We offer homemade bread , grilled meat cuts and more. Come and enjoy our cozy atmosphere with family and friends !!
We were surprised to fine the Cajun-inspired items on the menu, but it was a pleasant surprise when the food arrived. Very tasty.I would say "Cajun inspired," rather than Cajun, think of it is a sort of fusion-cuisine place.Patacones were delicious, came with three sauces -- the guac was odd, but tasted OK, the other sauces were delicious. I had a chicken po-boy, which was a generous portion with very nice fries. others at out table tried the shrimp po-boy and the "gumbo," which was more of a plate of tasty seafood than a gumbo, but tasted very good. Be careful if you go to the restrooms around back, if it is raining, the pavers are very slippery. In sum, sort of an odd experience and menu, but the food was tasty .

We were in a road trip from the south to San Jose, at lunch time we were in Parrita and found the place on tripadvisor. The food was good, we had "corvina" with shrimp, fries, shrimp rice, paid about 50 usd for 3 dishes and drinks. Pito the chef and owner of the place was very kind. Pito lost his previous restaurant on a fire, very sad, he is trying to recover from.that disaster.
