Just off the square and delightfully authentic! Although we didnât have a reservation our waiter, Frederico, quickly seated us, and was very gracious the whole evening! Everything was delicious! We thanked him on the way out and he even gave us a small treat to bring home!

Stopped by for dinner and without a reservation, we were seated within 5 minutes. The place was jumping that night!! All the staff were very professional. The Ravioli with Bolognese was very nice and the Picci with Asparagus was divine!!! If you find yourself in Montecatini Terme - definitely Check this place out!!! And be sure to order the Panna Cotta for dessert!! It was like a cloud from heaven!!

We have been in Montecatini for a few days and enjoyed some hearty Tuscan cuisine. This was on another level if you enjoy your seafood. Mixed warm seafood starter, and mussels and clams as starters. Ravioli with walnuts and truffles, and seafood ravioli were outstanding. Great service, superb wine list, nice ambience and delightful experience make this our 5 star restaurant of the week. Enjoy !

..Et but I think a lot of happiness to both homini that arise where there are good wines ... Leonardo da Vinci
We were highly recommended this Buggiano village restaurant (and there arenât many about in this region) but somehow we never got to really taste the promised good local Italian pasta and general offerings. The service was rustique too and not very friendly apart from the waitress who tried really hard. Huge disappointment and have had better Italian food in loads of London restaurants. What happened to the original Italian local cuisine?

After a rest in the hotel, having been out on excursions all day, we wandered down to the restaurant on a hot evening. It's a lovely outdoor dining area, much better than most, with friendly and attentive staff. We started with Hot parmesan soufflé, which was stunning! Then onto fish and I had the Fillet of John Dory with zucchini flowers whilst the boss opted for Sole fillets with black truffle shavings. Both were simple and perfect! A nice bottle of Verdicchio and 2 bottles of water to cool us down, finishing with our usual americanos with hot milk. A perfect, all be it expensive, end to the day, then walking back to the hotel along the limes with intoxicating perfume. Magical!Dear Pinkertonx,Thank you for sharing with us your feelings about your dinner, and for appreciating the service of our staff.Giovanni Rotti - Enoteca Giovanni

I went to this place having googled "best pizza in montecatini', it did not disappoint. To be honest I love places like this, simple restaurants, little fuss, no huge menu or massive prices, just concentrating on what they do best, fantastic pizza. This place does proper Napoli pizza. Lovely buffalo mozzarella, fluffy crispy crusts, and a nice cold coke. Out of everywhere I ate during my stay in Montecatini this was the best. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We visited on our first night after reading the reviews and it didn't disappoint! You need to try the Tomato and Bread soup...without doubt the tastiest dish of my entire holiday! Overall the service was great, food and service excellent. We tried to go back however it was closed.

First Steakhouse in the centre of Montecatini terme
We visited this place 3 times during our 10 day stay. Obviously the meat is great, although some other dishes stood out as well. The chicken was very delicious along with their gourmet burger. Price range is very reasonable. Service is impeccable, highly recommend.

I notice another reviewer said the beef tartare wasnât fresh. It certainly was fresh because it is served / created with much fanfare at the table and we thought it was one of the best steak tartare we have had. Overall, both the food and service was excellent and pretty faultless. My only criticism is the venue. The food was served in a bland and clinical setting. I understand that food is normally served outside in a garden setting but due to the extreme heat they retreated indoors to the comfort of air con. (A shame because the outdoor area is beautiful at night with subtle and atmospheric lighting.) Thank you for your nice comments about our Ristorante Francy. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the food, and the serivice. Your words are an important present for our staff and its daily efforts.Hoping to see you again, we send you our best regards.LHP Hotels Montecatini Palace Ristorante FrancyRestaurant ManagerGaetano Patti

Researched this before we got to Montecatini .. the table setting, table lamps, the service were all second to none, the lady who served us had worked in Melbourne Australia & she was charming, we had 3 courses each & they were all perfection, the lady owner was so attentive & really cared that everything was right, we felt so special we wanted to go back, just ran out of time on our holiday, we will be back & this will be our first meal. Thank you so much for such a perfect. Evening.
