This is a welcome new addition to the fast food scene in Lucca. It is a sort of mixture between British toasted sandwiches, American short order deli-style and traditional Italian panini.Prices are from around 4.00-6.00 euros for hot sandwiches using different types of bread and finished off in the microwave. We chose one of the newer combinations written on paper hanging down from the counter, and a more traditional filling but with French fries. The packaging is also very clever and you can eat it indoors, sitting down or standing by a shelf. It has only been here 9 months so it has made an impact quickly.Definitely recommended.Athyoz we thank you for your review. We have been in Lucca for only 10 months but we believe in the quality of the products, in the kindness and availability towards you and you customers have given us confidence and in a short time we have conquered a small space in the fast catering of this beautiful city. We always continue to add new Top products of the Italian tradition with new sandwiches, we continuously adapt the equipment to always offer the best. Our great experience in catering and your positive feedback always push us to offer the best. Thanks again from all the Staff !! GRAZIEEE

I had a great time in this place for a casual work dinner with colleagues. Very comfortable furniture and decor, airy atmosphere. Great friendly service from top notch true professionals. Tiny portions of fresh high quality ingredients combined, cooked and presented in very original manner. This is a VERY light dinner of high quality for a surprisingly small price considering the preparation and study involved. Careful - not everyone will appreciate talking more than eating, choose your companions with care!!!

Casale La Piaggia is a small agriturismo established in 2012 thanks to a real passion of the patrons for the true Tuscan cuisine and its forgotten traditional recipes. Most of the ingredients used are organic and produced by our farm Casale La Piaggia. Ou
What an amazing place! Thanks to great reviews on TripAdvisor we decided to visit this rural gem.The food was good, plentiful and truly Tuscan. Antipasti, pasta, meat and fresh vegetables, followed by a lovely dessert made us more than content. The house wine is special treat - something special , but not so out of the ordinary that it becomes odd. Spicy olives, fresh cherry tomatoes, lovely basil and home made olive oil were all lovely culinary surprises. The place is small, and the people are friendly. The proprietors take great pleasure in demonstrating their produce, their food and chatting with the customers. We felt welcome into an Italian family dining experience. The restaurant is outside, so bring a shawl or some bug spray if you are sensitive. The wine (both white and red) are for sale, together with the olive oil. There is no credit card machine, so bring cash :) Absolutely worth the drive Please visit - because this is amazing.

We found this sandwich shop a short walk from the main attractions in Pisa. Very friendly staff, great selection of tasty sandwiches, nice choice of wines. We had the vegetarian and the Porchetta with Brie, the â¬4.50 recommended wine was delicious. You can take away or eat in, no extra charge, we highly recommend this restaurant for lunch.

We had a nice dinner here during our latest holiday to Tuscany. Despite visiting Viareggio more than 10 times over the years, we'd never managed to organise ourselves to eat in this restaurant before. The staff were friendly and the food was consistently good throughout. However, compared to other "high class" restaurants in the area, Lunasia isn't quite up there (I'm thinking Il Picolo Principe, Lux Lucis, La Magnolia) despite being equally as pricey.

Daily home made pasta, hot soups, Braised, roasted and grilled meat. Simply tuscan, simply genuine, Tuscan pastfood.
The food and service were exceptional due to local ingredients cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding with every dish fully explained. We had a wonderful wine suggested to us and it was the right choice. The views are stunning and the restaurant very comfortable. What a glorious experience for my birthday and honeymoon celebration. The past was fresh and had so many choices in preparation. The beef main course was full of flavour. We loved it. Thank you so much

It's all the times busy, but you cannot avoid to spend 5-10 minutes in the queue to taste the famous 5&5 (cinque e cinque), the historical name of a sandwich made by french bread and "torta di ceci", a "look-like omelette" made by chickpeas flour !!

fresh pasta produced by us and cooked to eat on site or take away, second courses of the Pisan tradition, fresh carpaccio of chianina meat, raw salmon, fresh tuna. chef's salads, vegan, vegetarian, chicken, sea, cheese.
Had the ragu and the pasta with ricotta and eggplant. Lovely friendly service, price cannot be beaten (at â¬5 each). The pasta was cooked to perfection, however I found the sauce a too salty for my liking. Definitely worth a stop on the way back from leaning tower.

This is a real gem! It's a specialist place for Italian cured meats. We had the mixed platter for two and it was fantastic. Best I've tasted! And since less common varieties as well. Staff were really friendly. He even went next door to get my wife some hot water! Now that's service. A must try if you can in Pisa.
