Abbiamo rimandato indietro diversi piatti andando via affamati. Servizio sufficiente

Shortly after we booked at La Barcaccia, we read some earlier reviews on Tripadvisor that used qualifications like "overpriced", "overrated", and "uninterested service". The restaurant's rank was no more than 39th. So we became a little worried. However, our own experiences were completely different. The service was very friendly, elegant, and professional. The prices were very reasonable and the food, in particular the antipasti of fish, was excellent. I can't imagine that there are 38 better restaurants in Pescara. La Barcaccia belongs to the top!

What an amazing, authentic Italian meal. The chef came out to talk to us and help us decide what to eat. We had an antipasto that consisted of 12 different dishes followed by mixed fried fish - absolutely superb. Complimentary limoncello finished off the meal nicely. Would love to return.

While traveling North-South along the coast we made a detour for this place we saw in the Slowfood guide.Quite an upmarket place (as beach restaurants go) with an immense antipasto mist selection. You really needn't order anything else. But you will as the mains are as good as the antipasti.Quality cooking, refined, and all fresh from the sea, of course.Take a detour.

This is a place You will hardly remember. The location is just amazing, right on the beach, it couldn't be better. The place is modern, the service kind and very efficient. But the food... the food is just incredible. The menu is not very long, they have some 15 dishes in total, and it's 100% and only fish. The raw starters are so fresh you could almost see the fish moving in your dish. The warm ones are so full of simple and strong fish flavour, it's unbeliavable. Mains are again incredible. And the price is another surprise: reasonable for the place and the quality you get.Just try it

The BEST Japanese cuisine. Open every night from Monday to Sunday.
As soon as the restaurant opened a huge number of people started to get in,not only customers who would eat there but also people who took their order(judging from the number of take-aways it would be pretty cool to have a taxi-service for people like me that are far from the area)The service was amazing, very kind and always available for us.The food as well, very fresh, well made and pretty ok for the price you pay. Also you can see everything being prepared in front of you thanks to the big mirrors on the walls over the cooking area. The place was nice even thought I wouldnât mind a bit of a more modern-japanese design. But minus this small detail, definitely would recommend and go back again!!
