The BEST Japanese cuisine. Open every night from Monday to Sunday.
As soon as the restaurant opened a huge number of people started to get in,not only customers who would eat there but also people who took their order(judging from the number of take-aways it would be pretty cool to have a taxi-service for people like me that are far from the area)The service was amazing, very kind and always available for us.The food as well, very fresh, well made and pretty ok for the price you pay. Also you can see everything being prepared in front of you thanks to the big mirrors on the walls over the cooking area. The place was nice even thought I wouldnât mind a bit of a more modern-japanese design. But minus this small detail, definitely would recommend and go back again!!

A warm and welcoming to enjoy appetizers, pasta dishes and fish and vegetarian.
I headed to this restaurant with a colleague on a mid-week evening, in very low season (end of November). The restaurant was actually almost empty, and it stayed that way for the whole time of our dinner. This feature initially led me to be a bit suspicious, but doubts disappeared when the ordered food came at our table. We chose a first course, and we also ordered the home appetizers ("Antipasto dei pani e dei pesci") as main dish. The choice turned out to be happy, because the appetizers were so varied and abundant, to fully replace the main dish itself. These appetizers were a lot of small, hot and cold dishes of fish, seafood, vegetables, served in a row, all delicious. As first course, both of us chose small dumplings with cuttlefish, scampi and smoked provola.Noteworthy: a complimentary offer of stewed small peppers (one of them, the red one, was very spicy) was brought to our table, awaiting the first course. The bread and the breadsticks also were excellent. The bill, also including two glasses of white wine, and water, was fair, about 70 euros in two.

If you want to taste real authentic fresh fish in Pescara, cooked in a simple and classical local way, you need to come here. There is no menu. You will be offered a selection of fish appetizers of the day and if these won-t be enough you can add a first or a second dish. A first one will be past with seafood sauces: only 2 types of pasta are offered, spaghetti or "maniche" (big format pasta with a hole that nicely collects sauce). The second dishes are usually fried seafood with small fishes or fish in oven with potatoes. The restaurant relies on the supplies of the fresh fish of the day. It is a family-run small restaurant and the owner is a fisherman's child while his wife runs the kitchen and his daughter serves the tables. The tastes are simple and genuine and the place will introduce you to what classical fish osteria offers in Pescara region. Very positive experience, with a roughly 50 euro per person with wine. Check out on the desserts of the day, all freshly cooked here.

L Ristorante Regina Elena is located in the heart of the city just a few steps from the sea, the Director Gianni Olivieri is happy to welcome you in an environment at the same time simple and elegant, with a professional and attentive service but not intr
The restaurant has a perfect location, being close to the city's main square, Piazza Salotto. The location must be the key to its top ranking, as many visitors pass here and review. The service is excellent. The dishes are expensive, not original and not abundant. I found them overpriced for what they were like. We had starters and first or second dishes. The classic pasta with mussels was bland which is really upsetting when you pay higher than average for it. Grilled fish fillets were nice, but nothing more and the portion was tiny. The dishes were all decorated with blue stripes that made us wonder what that was. Overall: average, but good food, overpriced, not a memorable gastronomic experience.

This place restored our faith in the ability of Abruzzi to cook fish. Choice of pesce crudo included oysters, smoked salmon, tuna Tatar, marinated anchovies and shrimp. Grilled pesce spada was fresh and not a least bit dry, paccheri with crab and shrimps were good and spaghetti frutti di mare even better, with perfect dose of garlic, parsley and laurel leaf. Very good white from Chieti. Friendly, attentive service, prices more than reasonable. Definitely weâll go back.

A joy to eat such beautifully prepared food, all super fresh and very reasonably priced. Fantastic array of choices. Very friendly service and full of locals grabbing lunch too. Enjoyed the radicchio salad, the octopus and potato salad, and the stuffed aubergine. Cakes to die for, we opted for an apple sponge to go with our coffee. 30 Euro for a bloomin good (but sadly, booze-free) lunch!Thank you so much!! p.s. We have also typical liquors!!
