I visited Il Cuciniere last night with my family as a special occasion for my Mum's birthday. I couldn't fault anything about the whole experience. We shared some starters, the carpaccio meat being the highlight, then all ordered different meat dishes for our main course. My kangaroo fillet was superb, beautifully cooked and presented. The others in my party ordered pork, rabbit and beef, all of which were top notch. We also had wine and dessert, again all amazing. The service was super friendly, the waiter spoke excellent english and made good recommendations. He even overheard it was Mum's birthday and brought her an ice cream with birthday candle at the end. Absolutely dining perfection, would definitely recommend and will be returning 100%.

Although it can be very busy in august, this place is always a must during a visit in the Marche. Fantastic staff, great location and best quality food. Not cheap, but also not extremely expensive. Early this year a lot of mosquito's but somhow they managed to get rid of these bugs in august.

The restaurant is located at the end of the pier and it feels like itâs in the middle of the sea. Beautiful sitting at the Veranda overlooking the Adriatic coast. Beautiful design using beechwood and white washed wooden panels. Service staff Iâm complicated and friendly. Menu reflecting simple local cuisine, mostly seafood and simple tasty dishes. There are great Italian restaurants in Fano. Stick to those.This place is really odd but the fit out is quite nice and the prawns were tasty so gave it 2 stars. Cara signora, mi auguro con tutto il cuore che lei (e le persone come lei) vadano sempre a mangiare negli altri ristoranti e mai più nel mio... dal momento che dopo aver mangiato più di mezza "Torre di Manzo" e dopo aver assaggiato i "Gamberoni Kataifi" dell'amico... ha mandato indietro la "Torre" per ordinare i "Gamberoni" che le piacevano di più. Sappiamo entrambe che la Torre era buona (dato che altre tre Torri ordinate al suo tavolo sono state apprezzate e finite) e sappiamo entrambe anche che la sua cattiva recensione è dovuta al fatto che non voleva pagare il conto. Ma io non le ho fatto sconti perché la materia prima di qualità io la pago, così come la manodopera del mio staff. Ciononostante ieri sera, anche se avrei voluto, io non l'ho mandata a quel Paese, come invece ha fatto lei con me. Per questo ritengo che il nostro servizio sia eccellente e non pessimo come dice lei. Ad ogni modo la ringrazio per la recensione che offende più lei che me.
