Place in the shade in the afternoon. Food was prepared earlier and reheats in the microwave. It is prepared very well as it must be exposed (and look great) in the window until you order it. Nice place for a quick bite and drink.

We went here because it was recommended by a friend from Perugia. We arrived at 6:30 on Saturday night because we knew it would be busy. It is small, it only seats around 30. We had a great dinner. The menu is not extensive, between the daily specials and the menu all 6 of us were able to have different dishes. Food was great as was the service. The manager found a wine for us that paired well with what we were having. And the price was very reasonable. By the time we left the restaurant was full.

We went to Pappagloria for dinner. Once we entered the place, it was clear it has substance: the floor in the room after the entrance comes from a previous building, and the decor matches the history of the place. Everything is well kept as well.Our dog was accepted and welcome even though the place is quite small (be sure to reserve), which was very appreciated by us. The food is made of traditional dishes from Umbria, often revisited by the chef. We had a couple of starters which were simply excellent not to say delicious. We skipped the first course (I wasn't hungry enough and my girlfriend is on a gluten free diet) and went directly for the Fiorentina: it's served on a hot soapstone, which is great not only because it's fascinating but because it keeps the meat warm. Speaking of the meat, it was tender and tasty. We were also suggested a red wine which was very good and quite inexpensive as well.I also had a chocolate pie as dessert and it was excellent as well.Prices are very reasonable.Service was good, even tough with a glitch. My girlfriend was interested in a dessert as well, but the waiter/owner wasn't able to tell if there was what or not inside the ones he had on the menu: it would be very nice if the waiter actually knew what is contained in the dishes being served. Given the niceness of the place and the quality of the food, I will still give 5-stars instead of 4, as they are fully deserved, but the owner should probably fix this small problem.

This is a very cozy place, the bottega type of establishment with nice interior design and splendid wine choice. You can have everything from salumi to selection of cheese and wine wine wine.I liked it a lot, with the lady owner being very nice and flexible in offering a good experience to the customer.It is slightly pricey, but I found it quite a good place to dine.

Great local food made into delicious regional dishes. Service was really excellent, coping with our inadequate Italian and explaining every dish Restaurant was beautiful. Recommendations for wine spot on: a pinot grigio rather than local Grecchetto grape. We had a great evening. Strongly recommend the pork with truffles - so moist and gently flavoured.

Siamo andati per un aperitivo/cena, posto molto carino, con cucina a vista e ovviamente tante bottiglie di vino esposte. Abbiamo preso un tagliere con salumi e formaggi (Alma da 16â¬) e pappa al pomodoro con burrata: squisita (9â¬), il tutto accompagnato da due calici di rosso Syrah di Cortona molto buono a 5⬠cad. Per finire due dolci: cheesecake e frutta con gelato a 5⬠cad. per un totale con acqua e caffè di 50â¬. Ottima esperienza e proposte interessanti ci tornerò, peccato per la voce âcopertoâ nel conto finale: considerando che parliamo di unâenoteca a mio avviso evitabile ma sono dettagli. Dei piatti a mio avviso hanno dei prezzi troppo alti a menù per il posto in cui ci si trova e in relazione a la mise en place ma la qualità resta comunque indiscutibile.
