While staying at Borgo Tabiano we needed a place to eat at lunchtime, as the hotel only serves breakfast and dinner, and this place is right on the doorstep. We are so glad we tried it, the food was excellent!Not only that, but the place was cosy, the staff friendly and accomodating and the local wine delicious. It was one of the highpoints of our weekend away, and another reason to return there in the future.Strongly recommended!

Tra le colline parmensi vicino Medesano si trova questa inaspettata trattoria che offre oltre i piatti.tipici locali anche piatti di pesce, porzioni abbondanti, pesce buono e ottimo servizio, personale gentile e disponibile alle richieste. Conviene prenotare perché ci sono pochi coperti. Consigliato

We have been here for dinner in August after reading the good reviews on tripadvisor. Unfortunately the final result It was not what I expected. The service was very bad: the waitresses was not welcoming at all, when she was laying down the table she literally threw unfolded napkins on it, It was better the owner but she took orders only for desserts.The food was ok, we had pizzas, not the best but no the worst either, the desserts instead were very good.The final price was good, but overall the entire experience was nothing special, thus next time I will go somewhere else since it's plenty of better restaurants in province.

Lovely relaxed family run refreshing oasis with great pizza and pasta. Yummy wine, good value for money, fast & friendly service and dogs allowed. We much enjoyed our late lunch here.

I came across this tiny, unpretentious but obviously carefully looked after restaurant while driving on a business trip near Fornovo di Taro. It was a bit late but the owners (the restaurant is family owned) accomodated us nevertheless. I decided to try the traditinal tortelli (stuffed pasta made in square shape like ravioli). I was born and live in the region and my grandma used to cook some of the best pumpkin tortelli around so I skipped those and tried the tortelli with red beet, the tortelli with potatoes and a third type that I can't remember - but I was delighted by what I was served. Possibly the best tortelli I ever had outside my home. They were absolutely simple yet absolutely stunning for a tortelli lover like me.The tossed peach fruit salad was very simple and very well served.

We went there for the lunch with all my running team on September 15.The staff was friendly and helpful,as well the chef, suggested me new vegetarian dishes,They served fresh pasta with typical ham from this area ,Culatello, and served with fresh vegetable and tartufo.....My chose was a Tuna steak with mushrooms and at the nice dessert to. So the price it is an average ... i just suggest you if you are close there hop in....

incredible! I phoned just now to book a table, they ask me: how many people? I answer that I am alone and they say "no, sorry, we have only free tables for two". I don't care about their cuisine. For me this is enough.
