The food is quite tasty and not expensive. Try the regional Amaro liqueur named âDon Corleoneâ. Have a shot after your meal to help your digestion.

Driving from Agrigento to Palermo, it all started at Antico Central Bar as we entered Corleone. We stoped here to ask for suggestions for a restaurant. The young man who helped us, (Gianfranco or Angelo) told us of a restaurant, GENNARO. He said, âwait, please sit down...â. He made a phone call and then to our surprise, who walks in? Gennaro himself, to personally escort us to his restaurant. OMG, we felt like royalty walking on the red carpet. We purchased some of the most amazing amazing sweets and local wine there, then followed Gennaro to his restaurant, AND were assisted with parking. If you have ever driven in the center of Corleone, you understand the challenges of driving and parking. We were welcomed by Anna and Gaspare and seated in a lovely dining room with traditional Sicilian decor. The pure Sicilian local wine, fresh pasta, sausage and salad were all delicious. A group of policemen were seated near us as well as local people. We were the last couple in the dining room well after 3PM and asked Gennaro to sit with us and tell us about his life in Sicily. It was truly like talking with family. Then his grandchildren, Karol and Michelangelo came in from school and were an added joy. We will always remember this day and will keep Gennaro and his family in our hearts forever. Grazie Mille!

We stopped off here on our way down to Agrigento from Palermo. This was a nice little surprise. Me and my wife got a pizza between us and it was pretty much one of the best pizza's i've ever had. We got a salami picante (pepperoni). It was very cheap too so go and enjoy!

Passa a italiano Pasta factory, own production, offers in addition to the sale of fresh pasta, a table service with daily specials directly cooked by our cook and ready to be tasted
Small place, seems to mostly sell fresh pasta and specialities out of the house.Owners are super frieldly. Dont speak a word english, but we managed to place an order anyway.Probably the best pasta and tomato sauce in town. :)
