We followed the road signs up the hills and were very pleasantly surprised with our finding at the end. Still in semi beach wear but never the less received a warm welcome. The antipasti was delicious as a starter and all our dishes and desserts were good. I recommend the house white wine too. The pool and rooms looked very inviting but alas we only popped in for lunch.

Just had lunch with the family at Casale Drinzi. Tuesday lunchtime so restaurant was not very busy but we were given a warm welcome. Had a delicious tasting plate for antipasto, followed by the dish of the day - pasta cooked with aubergines and tomatoes which was delicious. My husband had gnocchi and the kids had meat dishes, all cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. There is a little playground outside where the kids could play between courses, which allowed us to linger over our relaxing lunch usually than we normally could. The kids were delighted by the donkey in the field next door. For 3 courses for 4 of us it came to â¬80 which I thought was a bargain. If you are looking for an authentic Sicilian meal then visit this place. It also has a wide variety of pizzas but only in the evening so we could not try these. Buonissimo.

Hier sitzt man auf der Kreuzung und mitten im Leben. Der perfekte Ort für den Apero. Man kann kaum nein sagen zu den vielen Stuzzichini die die freundlichen Geister zum Aprerivitv servieren. Die Kindergruppe, die im Lokal Tanzen übt müht sich redlich gut englisch zu sprechen. So lieb!!!
