Good kitchen, produced typical sardinians of sea and earth ,cooked pizza with the firewood oven. Homemade fresh sweets .
A really nice pizzeria run by young locals. Enjoy their amazing antipasto followed by a tasty pizza (they also offer a gluten-free option), and wash it down with an ice-cold beer. Location is great, just a stone's throw from the town square, and the entrance is quite grand! In the summer you can dine and chat away on the terrace. Highly recommended.

The menu is very short. The wine chart holds local wines, cannonau, monica, carignano and bovale. Although the wine selection is interesting, the price list is 20% over rated. We had a bottle of Dominariu by Melis cellar of Terralba (bovale grape 14% vol alcohol). The wine was great. My wife had pizza mushroom and ham. I had anchovies as starter, sea bass with potatoes, grilled vegetables. Coffie for both of us. The bill was 43 euros. We were quite happy and we recommend this restaurant if you haven't big expectations.

The restaurant is right on the sea front in Marceddi and not large. It clearly is a favourite with the locals. It specialises in very fresh local seafood including excellent clams, mussels and octopus. For starters we enjoyed some delicious marinated sardines. For our main course, two had pasta with clams and two had grilled mixed fish. Both were first class and plentiful. For dessert we had seadas, an unusual but delicious pastry made with cheese and covered in honey. The service was friendly and very helpful. I recommend the restaurant to anyone who likes seafood, but donât expect the conventional.

Succulent sea food, with a homey feeling: delicious sea urchin linguine, crispy fried squid and shrimps. With a tasty limoncello at the end.

I wish I had found this place earlier as you could select exactly what you wanted from the menu and see what you would be paying and my grandson rated his pizza the best in the world. We all enjoyed our meals, wine and beer and it did not break the bank.

As you can see from some answers from the manager here on tripadvisor they think they are always right. They are definitely totally unaware of what âcustomer friendlyâ means. If you enjoy clams with sand in them (poorly cooked), together with mussels from the day before, just warmed up a bit, plus TWO of the waitressâ black hair in the food this will be the place for you!!!When you tell the waitress and show the problem, they deny the evidence and get pissed with you. I will never get back here in a million years!!!!! The worst place ever!!!!

Locale molto carino e personale gentilissimo.

the restaurant gallo bianco was so good that we went there twice during our week in the region of oristano. the restaurant is located in an old house in the center of arborea and it exsists without question already a long time. something ordinairy like pizze is not in the offer and not available there, but therefor a lot of delicious italian food and sardegnan specialities.the staff is well trained and fullfilled all our wishes professional and quickly.for our first dinner there we choosed polpi salad and shellfish in tomatosauce for starter the maindish was a plate with different kinds of meat and sausage in combination with french fries and grilled vegetables. everything was prepared fresh and delicicious. the second time we went there also for dinner. we choosed again the polpi salad for starter, then risotto milanese and as maindish monkfish in safransauce with potatoes.again the food was excellent and very tasty. also the service was very good and professional during our second dinner there.the prices were high, but for good and fresh prepared food it should not be a problem to pay a little bit more. the price wass absolutely justified.we can recomment the gallo bianco very much. it is an old traditional restaurant with a wide varity of traditional italien food and sardegnan specialities. we had two times a perfect dinner there in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The farmhouse "Il Melograno" is located within a green oasis, ideal for those who want to spend a holiday immersed in nature and in complete tranquillità ..Dista only 2 km from Arborea, with its history, art, culture and famous for the production of milk a
The agriturismo is located in a very quiet and green area. When you make your reservation you are asked to choose among a wide variety of fixed-price menus, from seafood to sardinian delicacies, prices ranging quite a lot to adapt to anybody's needs. When we got there, the starters were already on the table..a variety of grilled vegetables and local finger-food which would already be enough for many people. The first courses were on one hand a creative combination of atypical tastes, and a tribute to local traditions. The meat courses were, again, traditional (sardinian porceddu) and gourmet specialties; all very tasty and way too much for our bellies! The only improvement should be on deserts.I highly recommend this place to all those passing by Arborea, as it adapts to all tastes and pockets!

This was the worst meal and wine we have had in 15 years of visiting Italy. My wife and son had a chicken dish which was supposed to have peppers and pepperoni. When it came it was 2 wings and 2 thighs shared between 2 people. I had a beef dish which had about 60 o/o fat and gristle. The red wine was like vinegar, a bottle of Bardolino that cost 1.3 euros was much better. The basic salad came with tomatoes that were half ripe and half green. The chips were home made potato crisps.Having read the reviews for this restaurant I find it really hard to understand the ratings or did we just visit on a bad night. Poor food and lift feelingripped off for what we paidDear (ex) customer. Usually we becam sad, when we read a bad review of us, but this time, canât stop laugh! . Anyway, go in order. I put your order directly, so i know very well what you order for. Your gentle wife said that i speak a good english. Remember? So, yesterday you ask for chiken with peperoni, that we had like extra, out of menuâ. I tell you. Didntâknow where is the pepper. And, maybe is a strange thing for you, but iâm pretty sure italian chicken have wings and thighs. In fact you had one wing and one thigh, like usually we do for portion. Our tagliatta, is one of the most famous dishes we have. In all the world the most exellent beef meat is reach of fat... Picanha, Angus, Kobe! The chips: we use to serve only fresh potato fried, like in the kitchen of our grandmothers. Thatâs our mission. We enjoy that you understand this. Than, the Winehouse. We serve a beautifull Cagnulari, and it come From Usini, we had lot of congratulations for it. From sommeliers and wine producer. But maybe you are wont with Bardolinoâs or maybe with Blue nun... Maybe next time you can try more satisfaction in a fast food, where sure you can find the frozen chips and the Mcchicken... Goodbie
