After a few nights eating in a bar we decided to eat in a "proper" restaurant. We had a good walk round town and decided on L'Aragosta. You can sit outside, however there is little space from the road and passing pedestrians.However inside is very nicely laid out. The food choices were good and prices were very similar to bar prices paid before! Lamb chops for â¬9 and veal for â¬7, not bad, â¬3 for chips and salads. Bottle of wine fair prices too, from â¬10. Food was pretty good, nice friendly service, would definitely go back. Got a nice discount too for stopping in Hotel Excelsior

Wanted to head for lunch to the Osteria across, but it was closed. This place was a real surprise. Had the Italian salad which came with some REALLY nice mozarellla. My partner had the traditional pizza, which is close to a forcazzia. Prices are very reasonable and the owner is very friendly, speaks good English and gives lots of tips on beaches and activities

It is clearly a place we would never have entered because of the front display... It looks more like a kids place than a real pizzeria. We like the typical and local kinda restaurants...But it was a real nice surprise ! I recommend the 4 stagioni which is full of good ingredients ! I really liked it.The staff is very nice too.

I tried most of the take-away pizza places on the island, and this was one of my least favorites. It was really nothing special, and that could be why it was the cheapest one (including the delivery). I ordered a specific kind of mushrooms and they brought me the wrong kind which bothered me, but then the taste was nothing special either. I wasn't overly impressed with them, but amazingly enough they are not the worst pizzeria in town. I would check out other places before going here though. Prices are very reasonable, but the quality isn't the best.hello, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied, for the mushrooms probably there was a misunderstanding, because we speak different languages ââand this can create a hitch, in fact now I'm using the translator, we work every day, and fortunately the a lot of customers makes us understand that we are going in the right direction, the pizza has a good quality, I can assure you, I use all good quality products and I put my heart while I make pizzas, but it can happen that something goes wrong, the error is human, I hope there is another chance to try the pizza again, thanks

After a busy day we decided to eat at the hotelâs pizzeria as too tired to go to town.aThis was a very bad mistake the pizza crust was burnt and the base was soggy. When the waitress decided to take our plates away , her only response was âsometimes itâs difficult to get the oven temperature rightâ I took this as that she knew before serving the pizza wouldnât taste good. Really unhappy with the food and service we will not return

We have visited this restaurant with our friends. The place is very nice and clean, comfortable chairs and nice waitress. We took home wine, which was very good and one litter we added another one. We took: lasagna, which was perfect made, soup, pasta and octopua carpaccho, which was ok. For second dishes we had fillet, fried seafood, fillet seabas. All was good and yet not great. I would recommend when you are coming to this place to take traditional dishes, which are perfect and very tasty. Again, lasagna was a heaven.

Donât get fooled by the looks: even though it looks like an ordinary pizzeria, they have excellent daily specials of fresh fish and tasty desserts. They offer excellent service and their prices are very budget friendly. An absolutely recommended place!

We were day 15 into a 36 day trip and we had had a lot of large meals. We were just looking for something light. This was a perfect choice. We shared the grilled octopus Catalan style, with marinated onions, tomatoes, and potatoes.Very large portion. It was the perfect starter.Then we ordered the simple ham and cheese pizza, and one with spicy Sardo sausage â think spicy pepperoni â cheese, and spicy oil.And a nice bottle of local red wine completed the mealGreat service.Terrific food.Wonderful people!

On arriving we were told there was only pizza available (perhaps because it was early), which was fine with us. There were a huge number to choose from, including with such toppings as smoked salmon, and horse meat!We all had something different and were all impressed; my Veneziana was delicious. Service was fine, if a little bored.
