My wife and I popped into Orchidea Blu at lunchtime upon arriving at Bari Sardo. Antonello who I believe owns the restaurant looked after us very well. We were looking for something that was quick and easy as we arrived from a long trip from Sant' antioco island. We went for the wood fired oven pizza as I noticed from the outside the restaurant the pizza oven chimney which was about 15 foot high! I opted for the Arrabbiata pizza which was laced with fresh anchovy and nicely spiced with chilli. I prefer thin crust on my pizza and this didn't disappoint. With plenty of tomato and cheese on the large base, this was as authentic as they come! My wife opted for the Sardinian sausage with pecorino...Yum! Make sure you're hungry as the pizza's are filling.! We found the prices to be very reasonable and we enjoyed a glass of white wine, Ichnusa beer, mineral water and espresso coffee to finish. The restaurant was quiet but then again, it was a Monday afternoon. We only visited the one time but our lunch experience was very pleasant indeed.

My family and I ate whilst watch a glorious red-moon rise from the ocean. Get a seat nearest to the sea for a view. The pizzas were good. The waiter was a bit miserable, but aren't we all sometimes.. Where the mosquito repellent if sitting outside.

Over 2 weeks in the resort my family (wife + 2 boys aged 9&11) ate here 5 times. We kept coming back as the setting is great (just on the beach front) the service was excellent - although be prepared to wait at weekends, the kids could play freely without worry and the food was excellent. The pizzas were terrific (if you like spicy then go for the 'volcano' and you'll not be disappointed) but me favourite was the 'spaghetti Scogliera' with fresh mussels, octopus and a longustine. All in all our favourite restaurant whist in Cardedu.

The Cardedu / Bari Sardo area is not yet touristically fully developed and the restaurants are quite scattered and some difficult to locate. The Rejna Hotel has an advantage as it is located at a roundabout where some larger streets meet (in the middle of nowhere). We found a nice restaurant with very nice staff, a good menu choice - and amongst the best pizze around. The view is very nice into the backyard and pool of the hotel, with the only drawback that there is almost no wind, and the few ventilators do their best to fight the heat.

Ci siamo fermati per una pizza d'asporto mentre tornavamo verso Olbia per prendere il traghetto. Nonostante fossero appena le 18,30 la pizza è arrivata nel giro di pochissimi minuti, e soprattutto era buonissima!!!Assolutamente consigliato!!

Cercando online un posto vicino al nostro villaggio per un aperitivo "locale" ho trovato questo locale che mi è piaciuto subito. Ristrutturato recentemente e si vede, carina la veranda, buon gli spritz con stuzzichini.... a solo 4â¬/uno. Ottimo.

Out of season visit. We're given a Italian /German menu, while being a English /Dutch couple. Had a nice pizza Romana, could have done with some garlic. Husband had mixed grill (meat) which was salted, when that could have done without and left to do oneself. Overall okay atmosphere. No chicken dishes what so ever though.

A friend recommended this place and we had fabulous dinner and lunch there. The seafood pizza is the best I've ever eaten and other dishes like pasta or fishes are delicious. The relationship quality & food is good!
