We stopped for lunch and thought it was a lovely cafe with beautiful outdoor seating, toys for the kids and delicious food. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, and kind to the kids

Short stay while on tour, super place to stay. Lovely comfortable room, great food, even returned in the afternoon for lunch enroute to the Healy pass. Have eaten (dined) here many times now & can honestly say that we have NEVER been disappointed. Mark, Grace & the girls really make you feel welcome from the get-go. A very comfortable pre-dinner drinks area followed by excellent service & of course Mark's special cooking come together to always provide an unrivaled local experience. They have recently doubled the size of the outside area so on warm days or balmy evenings its a great location to enjoy the views.Of course you can also find Mark enjoying his well-earned Guinness after long shifts in his hot kitchen or around his massive outside braai & enjoy a sound conversation about food or sport especially rugby....but dont mention the Boks recent performance at RWC !Dear WishIWasSailing,Now that I have typed your user name, I wish I was sailing too!We are delighted you enjoyed your visits and look forward to welcoming you many times more.Let's hope we all get the RWC 2019 results we want.Regards,Grace
