I have recently had breakfast, dinner and afternoon coffee at Ryan's Daughter.The breakfast is first rate, perfectly cooked and well presented. I recommend the full Irish breakfast which is generous, piping hot and delicious! The brown bread is excellent.For dinner/lunch recently I opted for salad, this has chicken, beef and ham along with various salads. I really enjoyed it, a great choice in hot weather. Everything is freshly made to a high standard.For my afternoon coffee I chose a beef salad sandwich and I can say it was the best sandwich I've ever tasted. It was so filling, again freshly made. I had fries with it, so crispy, I absolutely loved them. Though the cafe is busy, service is excellent with friendly, well trained staff who are so helpful. The decor is beautiful, creative, very clean, bright and eye catching. The owners, Gary and Geraldine, along with their staff work very hard to ensure a high standard of food, service and all round great experience for their customers. Service is excellent but not intrusive.I couldn't recommend Ryan's Daughter Restaurants more highly!Hi Korimillie , A big thank you for your lovely review . Traveled from Cork after hearing great things about this cafe and were certainly not disappointed. A super experience -not just the delightful food, but the venue itself was so interesting and the staff were second to none (Mario). Thanks so much for such a delightful evening. We look forward already to our return visit.

First time in Thurles and asked a passer-by where we could go for lunch and she advised us to go here. Glad she did as we found the food delicious and satisfying. Prices were reasonable too and service was good. I would definitely go back if I am in Thurles again.

Lovely coffee, hands down the best in Thurles. Lovely power balls sold as snacks too. I think they are vegan and gluten free, so everyone's covered for something nice with their coffee!

My husband and I visited this lovely family run restaurant on a trip to Tipperary recently. Luckily for us it was the opening day and it was busy buzzy and so exciting. The food was amazing and we were so delighted to see they catered for all diets including slimmers! We had roast beef with gravy and dessert and stayed well on plan. The two lovely ladies who run the restaurant Debbie Madeley and her Mum Annmarie are so talented. They also serve up an amazing selection of cakes and take orders for wedding and birthday cakes. This lovely restaurant is well worth a visit if you're in the area.
