Small dining room, tiny bar stand make this cafe a very cozy place. No need to say that it was packed. Three waiters did great job serving quickly in a friendly manner. Chestnut soup, Caesar salad, lobster, cod - all was deliciously cooked and presented.

I camped under Cashel Castle for a night at O'Briens Holiday Lodge (recommended). That night was cold, damp and windy. In the morning I needed something warm and filling to get me started for a days walking/hiking. I headed through Cashel, and evetually came across Ladyswell Restuarant on the eastern side of town. Safe to say that the full Irish breakfast hit the spot. It was just the right amount food, not to much and not to little. The staff were very friendly, and took the time to chat even though the restuarant was jam packed. If you are in Cashel and hungry, they will feed you well. Safe travels, R

Finding vegan options in Ireland is possible, but not easy. Cheese and milk are ubiquitous. The mushroom soup is made with milk, and if youâre willing to stretch, youâll find it is delicious, with a wonderful mushroom taste and aroma. You can get a mixed salad from the case which is completely vegan. We didnât order dressing so I canât comment on the choices. The brown bread is some of the best we have had in Ireland. A slice of the apple and berry crumble wes a perfect ending.

This café was off the track, but the visitor centre didn't do lunches, and Granny's Kitchen was closest. Cheap food, a good variety, nice range of cakes, and did sit in or take out food. Doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is which is a good cheap café which serves nice food.
