Pranzo in occasione del Settembre Formiginese passeggiando tra le vie del centro scopriamo la gastronomia Sapori Perduti entriamo per scoprirne qualcuno ordiniamo lasagne verdi specialità del gestore E tortellini ricotta burro e salvia anticipandoli con un pecorino con composta di Ciliegie di Vignola Tutto con un buon bicchiere di Lambrusco ottimo pecorino e ottima composta buona lasagna e buoni tortelli prezzo ok

Ho aspettato qualche anno a scrivere la recensione, perché questo è il classico caso dove i clienti seguono lo chef ovunque vada . Alessandro ha aperto il suo ristorante che noi frequentiamo abitualmente , una decina di tavoli che si amplia nella bella stagione con il dehor estivo . Cucina espressa , menù che cambia stagionalmente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Ambiente accogliente, buona la carta dei vini . Originale e sfiziosa la degustazione degli antipasti in carta per tutto il tavolo . Su ordinazione pesce eccellente . Questo il mio menù ideale : calzagatto con guanciale croccante su fonduta di caciotta bigolo con cuori di carciofo , anduja , broccoli e zeste di limone Per concludere in dolcezza pera con zabaione tiepido al marsala e mandorle Mia figlia di due anni e mezzo invece non ha dubbi i suoi tortellini in brodo vincono su tutto . Da provare e riprovare finché non si è assaggiato tutto il menù ..

During our staying in Maranello for the Ferrari plant tour we went to Montana Restaurant, what a surprise, excellent food, ambient, service, but best of all was having dinner with all Formula I pictures, uniforms, helmets, you feel like a part of the team been there.A must place to go if you are in the area.Do not miss!!!

The restaurant was adjacent to our hotel so it made for easy dining after a long day of traveling. We had high hopes for our meal when a starter consisting of chunk of parmesan cheese drizzled with balsamic vinegar arrived. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our meal. Food was under seasoned and simply bland. This restaurant is excellent, the food here never ceases to amaze me especially how well they cook meat and fish. We frequent the restaurant a lot and I have to say it's probably the best in the area, so cheap! Plus there is complimentary limoncello after dinner. You will not be disappointed the staff and owners are lovely. If you are working in the area make sure you go.
