"The Cuisine Our culinary approach begins from the search of raw materials and rural traditions in the regional territory. From a careful and skilled elaboration of these food products, our dishes become the perfect compromise between tradition and innova
We enjoyed a few plates typical from Abruzzo region with very good flavours and original set-up on the plate, including sheep liver sausages and "pizz e foje" sauté green broad-leaved vegetables on top of a maize bread slice. Others were very pleasant if less surprising including arrosticini - little skewers of tender sheep meat, lightly oven-cooked, and a chickpea soup with dumplings. The one dish that was underwhelming was "cazzellitti" fresh pasta with cime di rapa, tasting identical to Apulia's well known recipe for orecchiette with the same sauce. Desserts were ok and undistinguished, better to find them elsewhere, including the plate of assorted sheep cheeses.Wine was good, if the choice was annoyingly limited because most lower-price bottles were unavailable. They are obviously deferring restocking, which conflicts with the sophisticated service, room and table set up.At 40+ Euro per person with a single bottle of wine, price was in line with service and room and with the best dishes.

Despite the fact the crew is trying to provide som good service, the restaurant is short of staff and cannot support the flow of customers in current location where the area is highly populated. Quality of food is substandard compared to other Italian restaurant in the area Prices are sort of average. Don't expect any thing to be offered to you. We had to wait for 30 min before waiter looked at us and took our order. Then wait for another 30 min to get the food. In between you don't get any bread or olive oil you just hang waiting, fighting the flys. Their pizza is a very salty and get heated in electrical oven. This place is for the old community around the restaurant who cannot walk or drive to better place.

The restaurant where the modulated innovation flows together with a deep tradition; from the selection of our interior materials to the search for raw materials for our dishes.
This year we were seated inside, as the weather was unpredictable, but the atmosphere was still perfect, the service excellent and the food beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The menu is traditional Italian but with a special touch to it, like the cherry risotto, or the tagliatelle. A wonderful tartar as a starter was just about a main course for me, but I still managed a pasta and main course. Hope to go back soon.

I wish I can give 10 stars. They know the best way of treating seasonal fresh ingredients. Simply the best. Can't explain more. Everything is prepared just 'right' accompanied with the right selections of wines. Unexpected, amazing experience awaits you in an industrial neighbourhood, next to the wholesale markets.Grazie infinite, gentile Mixina, ma 10 stelle di preferenza sono decisamente tante, forse troppe...?! Felice del Suo totale apprezzamento, La saluto e La ringrazio sentitamente.Cordiali saluti,Alessandro Dalla Pozza

Mediterranean Italian Cuisine. Carefully selected recipes influenced by italian tradition and Mediterranean History. We used excellent products and we offer you the flavour of the first fruits of the season in your plate. We COOK and SERVE with PASSION !
This restaurant is outside Milano, in San Donato. The business area, close to the airport Linate. We had a business lunch in this very good restaurant. There is an enormous choice in antipasti and in fresh fish, and this restaurant serves the real Italian kitchen. You can find here the good old atmosphere of a non touristic Italian restaurant. The waiters are 50+, dressed in black & white. It all gives that old fashioned but cosy ambiance. It is clean & tidy. The food was delicious, the fish perfectly cooked. You may be sure that the next time when I'm in Milan, I will come again and will take my time to taste more .
