Fascinating views, excellent food, and great service! I always visit this family owned restaurant when I'm on the island. It's views of the old village and castle of Montalbano are exceptionally breathtaking! if you like history, culture and great food this restaurant will satisfy your needs.

Dopo anni e dopo la visita ai megaliti siamo ritornati con amici in questo posto. Era sera ma anche sta volta il cortese proprietario ci ha acceso la griglia e ci ha cucinato un ottima grigliata mista ( il castrato è la specialità ). Atmosfera, gusti genuini di altri tempi, cortesia e professionalità fanno di questo posto un must dopo una visita a Montalbano. Se cercate piatti ricercati e falsamente siculi questo posto non fa per voi, se amate il vino casalingo l autentica rusticita' di una sicilia che sta scomparendo fermatevi non rimarrete delusi. Prezzi economici.

Im Rahmen einer Tagestour von Taormina aus besuchten wir diese gemütliche Trattoria und wurden mit hervorragenden Spezialitäten der sizilianischen Küche verwöhnt. Das Buffet bestand aus frischen Gemüsen, hausgemachter Pasta, sowie frischem Ricotta. Jede Speise für sich ein Genuss! Diese Trattoria ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp, vor allem sie liegt so abseits, dass sie nur dann gefunden wird, wenn man weiÃ, dass es sie gibt. Unbedingt sollte man sich bei einem Urlaub in dieser Gegend kundig machen, damit man sie besuchen kann. Der hauseigene Wein rundet den Besuch ab!
