Preface: The place was empty except for the smokers outside.We sat down and ordered beers and fries. After 10 minutes, the beers arrived. After 20 minutes, the waiter brought napkins and table ware. After 30 minutes we left. No fries. Crappy service. And you better believe they came chasing after the four of us to get paid for the fries. Are you kidding me???Hello. Im really sorry to learn about your experience at the bar,. The service you received was certainly not what we aim for and as you can see from the other reviews we normally achieve a high level of customer service. I can start by telling you that today we shall address the server who tended your table and the Manager who was in charge at the time. I hope that you and your companions are still in Mendoza as I would like the opportunity to appologise sincerely and invite you to return to the bar to offer you something to eat and drink and to receive the service that you should expect. After several days of wine tasting , I need to change it up. Chachitaâs was just the place. Small place but a great variety of drinks and bar food. I sat at the bar since I was alone. Best place to talk to the bartenders and see your drinks being made. I asked the bartenders, Martin and Marcelo to give me fresh and different drinks. Started off with Dean Martin- bourdon , Old Cuban- Rum and Besoquito - vodka. Last was Marcelo Mai Tai-delicious.I came back to Chachitaâs three more time and tried ever more different drinks. The food was good and fresh, Maru manages to restaurant part of the business and sit right a the bar ( very cute). All the staff was friend and willing to talk with a solo traveler. Thanks ( Maru, Marcelo and Martin ) for a great time and conversation.
