Peccato che Pontremoli abbia molti edifici storici da vedere, ma ........ poco accessibili perché quasi sempre chiusi.

Furthermore every week you an get a wonderful free pizza homemade from the owners just for the guest at dinner time. Strongly suggested.

great place for days on the beach
Reviewed By drbertramWe booked short notice by phone. The owner is very polite and uncomplicated. The appartment was fully equipment (bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen). Everything clean and proper. Even if it is located not directly in the beach road is has a small passageway that allows to to get straight to the beach where are numerous bagnos and restaurants in walking distance.

A mixed bag
Reviewed By PaulSmithbristolOur arrival at this residence was not the best start. Our flight got in after 10pm and we got a taxi to the hotel at the last train had gone (€120). We arrived to find that the check in time was on the door as being in the afternoon and no one was on the site. We tried all the phone numbers we could find and ringing the door bell. After about 15 minutes someone showed up and told us we weren't allowed to check in until the next afternoon (this is around midnight). After much discussion over Google translate we finally got a key to our room. The pool on site is excellent, good size and naturally warm. No cafe on site during the day is a bit of a drawback although there are two vending machines under the check in lodge. The nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes walk and has most of what you will need. The nearest train station is just over 30 minutes walk (Massa) The bus service is almost none existent even though there is a hospital nearby. The rooms are a good size, biggest apartments of this size we have stayed in. The slightly wied thing is that the door to the toilet is in the bedroom - fine if you are there as a couple, slightly strange if you have children on the bed settee in the lounge. The air conditioning hardly works, even set at 16 the room temperature stayed over 30 at night, warmer than the outside!!! The alternative was toopen the windows and feed the local mosquitoes. In a week the towels were not changed once, maybe good for the environment but they were not great by the end of the week. The bins (on the balcony) were rarely emptied. The site staff cut the grass every morning so didn't have time to empty bins. If staying here I would recommend you hire a car. There is a good sized car park on site. Excellent restaurant attached to the complex, good food and responsible prices.

This lovingly restored ancient holiday home is situated at the edge of the hamlet of Ponticello which is one of the oldest medieval villages of Lunigiana, an unspoiled and relatively undiscovered area of Tuscany, surrounded by wooded hills and magnificent mountain views. Outside, the terraces and the garden offer outdoor dining furniture and BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining. The large garden features a private swimming pool with saltwater purification system and solar heated outdoor shower. Close to all the local amenities for shopping, eating out and sight seeing it is also a perfect place to rest and relax. Four independent units with separate outside eating areas

La Pergola si trova in una zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde, circondata da pini marittimi, ad una cinquantina di metri dalla spiaggia di Poveromo e a soli quattro chilometri dalla piazzetta di Forte dei Marmi. La struttura è costituita da un fabbricato, di recentissima costruzione, a forma rettangolare, alto circa 9 metri, ben armonizzato, strutturato su tre livelli fuori terra, è situata anche una piscina, ben attrezzata e realizzata con tutte le attenzioni, per consentire agli ospiti di trascorrervi ore di piacevole relax. La Residenza dispone all’interno di spazi e strutture quali corte, giardino comune, giardini a servizio delle unità poste ai piani terra, reception, sala comune, servizio igienico comune, attrezzato anche per portatori di handicap, strutture funzionali, ascensore e scala di accesso ai piani, posti-auto scoperti, idonei anche per i portatori di handicap e quant’altro necessario per favorire un piacevole soggiorno agli ospiti. Il complesso dispone di 29 alloggi, costituenti unità autonome, tutte arredate con gusto esclusivo e particolare, differenziato per ogni singola suite, per soddisfare al meglio le attese ed i gusti degli ospiti anche più esigenti. Le unità sono composte da camera da letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con angolo cottura e servizi igienici e, inoltre, fruiscono anche di ampi spazi esterni, opportunamente riparati dal sole, costituiti da giardini o balconi di pertinenza esclusiva.
