Very supportive hotel personel!! nice room and conveniences. But there is great room for improvement in the food section: same menu every night (just 5 options) - 1st course huge, but not 1A quality. Waiters definetly with attitude and no English.Breakfast not bad, but coffee comes out of machine (pulver).

Went in to avoid rain and decided to have lunch very pleasantly surprised good 3 course meal plus one drink for â¬7.50 - clearly frequented by locals cooks authentic food and friendly service - great place for lunch.

What a fabulous Italian meal we had. Pork done in the stone oven for many hours and a gorgeous salmon pizza! Just totally delicious. And very reasonable prices. The surrounding atmosphere at night in the Coso VIejo Square made it even more enjoyable. And to impress us more - lovely hard working Italian owners from Rome: Marta and Stefano could not have been more helpful with the menu and so friendly too. Good English spoken, and Spanish spoken as well.

A classy feel to this this restaurant within view of the fountain and orange trees on the main square. Good quality ingredients and an authentic feel with mainly local dishes, and a relaxed pace contribute to a local yet holiday feel with a touch of style.

A very busy locals cafe which does nice enough food with quick service. I was very hungry and had jamon with eggs and chips. All nicely prepared and very tasty for â¬6. Portion size was adequate to keep me going for a few more hours.

We went here during a business event. Everything was very well organised. We had our dinner in a separate room, unfortunately without views on the former bullâs ring, with cozy atmosphere. Food was authentic, well sized portions and really good. Excellent service!

Arte de Cozina has everything a restaurant needs. The location is central and easy to get to. The decoration traditional and cozy. The service is friendly and refined. Francisco, one of the owners, provides outstanding advice. The cuisine is superb. We can't wait to bring our friend to Cozina.

A very local Spanish bar, tapas, restaurant. Friendly with good wholesome food and excellent service and the bonus is - very cheap. We have a holiday home in Spain and love to visit Antequera whenever we come. Despite eating at this restaurant many times and sat inside when we have enjoyed good service and food, this evening we sat outside. This is the third time we have sat outside and twice now received very poor service. Tonight was exceptionally bad. Two waiters in particular who were working outside did not care about us as customers. The four of us asked for various things, such as ice for the warm white wine, we asked twice and eventually the waiter walked over to an ice bowl holding the bottles of wine and picked up an ice cube with his fingers then presented at the table on a spoon. We didnât get a menu each. We ordered more drinks that never arrived and then appeared in our bill. We received no apologies, we felt all the staff were disinterested in serving us. The food as always was good but we felt very unhappy about the way we were treated. We wouldâve stayed and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere sitting outside with more drinks and desserts to follow but instead we finished our meals, got the bill (which we had to wait ages to be amended) and then paid and left to go to a lovely cafe for ice creams.We regret the accumulation of mistakes and understand their discomfort, please excuse us. We would love you to visit us on another occasion to check that we take great care in our customer service despite the perception that you may have had. Please accept our apologies.

The restaurant is small. The interior design lovedbit.The service was friendly and excelent.But the food was exeptional good. For us the best in town.Nice dishes, good combinations. The goat was heavenly!We would recommend this place. Price is good.Thank you very much!
