If visiting the beautiful Marche region and in the vicinity of Cingoli or Treia you might like to seek out this elegant venue and its rather good restaurant. We booked for dinner on a Friday evening in summer and all enjoyed the delicious, well presented food on offer - Italian with contemporary elements. The main dining room has been designed with large wedding receptions in mind, hence the white theme to the furnishings and the rather bright lighting. This is not an intimate eating experience. However, the food was very good value and the young table staff were charming and keen. The restaurant was far from busy the night we were there, which may say more about its relatively remote location and the current economic climate than anything else. It deserves to survive and perhaps those wedding receptions will keep it going.

La Marca Centro Degustazione Osteria is located in Rosora, near Ancona, between the magic hills of the Marche region's hinterland. Our cuisine represents the result of passion of Marche's tradition and all its typical products.
While visiting in Le Marche, our friends, the owners of the B&B Terramosa, took us to this restaurant one evening. We found that this new restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere, excellent food and a great local wine list. The owners, Moreno and Tiziana, were friendly and very accommodating. Moreno was very knowledgeable about the local wines and even opened several bottles to introduce the different wines. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food and excellent wines.

Marchese del Grillo Restaurant is an old Villa at 5 km from the town of Fabriano. It was built at the behest of the Marquise Onofrio Del Grillo and it was made famous by the movie of the same name, with the actor Alberto Sordi. It is a warm and welcoming
An exceptional place, hotel and restaurant, of remarkable beauty, peace and relaxation, where the quality of the service and an exquisite cuisine come together to make the stay there is a truly unforgettable experience. One of those places where you always want to go back to reacquaint yourself with those emotions that make a trip.

I ended up in this restaurant for lunch very late after having nocked unsuccessfully at the door of another one near by. What a luck!!! The nice and hospitable landlady prepared a very comfy meal that I picked from the succulent menu: Carbonara with fava beans and peas and Fried Lamb. Both delicious and well cooked. The pasta, spaghetti, well "al dente", reach and tasty with the additional freshness of the tender, seasonal beans. The lamb was fried perfectly, juicy and crispy, well breaded and fried in good oil, not greasy at all.A really gratifying meal after a long morning of work. The restaurant is a typical rural trattoria, well restored (stones and bricks on the walls and brick floor), on top of a hill, family run.It was worth driving so far.....In a sunny day (that was not my case...) the panorama should be spectacular.

This is one incredible place. We would have eaten here both nights of our stay, had the restaurant been open both nights. We were given a heads up that there would be a huge crowd for lunch on the day of our arrival (a Sunday), but not to worry, as all would be ready for us. I could not imagine how, after serving so many for lunch, that only a few hours later, the restaurant was prepared to serve us such an enjoyable and delicious dinner. Great care is given to the execution and preparation of the dishes - the pasta (duck sauce) was particularly good - and the service was warm and professional. I recommend both staying and dining at Vittoria!

This restaurant is tucked away in the hills and the drive to get there is the start of a wonderful experience. We were dining with friends who are frequent visitors to the restaurant and they were greeted like family. The setting is beautiful and there is attention to detail in every aspect. The food was exceptional - we were delighted with everything from the antipasti all the way through to dessert. The service was excellent as well, attentive but not disruptive. I don't often say this but this was a perfect, flawless dining experience. When the bill came it was so reasonable we were amazed. Fantastic food, first class service and an amazing location at a incredibly reasonable price. What's not to love about that?We will return as soon as possible!

We had a delicious and abundant new year eve dinner at Martelletto. I personally could not finish my meal because the portion was so big! Then the evening and the atmosphere were perfect: twenty people celebrating the new year, a wonderful landscape, good wine and perfect company!Daniele and Elena are charming and sweet hosts, not pushy at all (as really often happens in Italian Agriturismi...), and you can tell they are travellers themselves, since they are open listeners and good storytellers. The day after we explored a bit the Region, and it was a pity that we did not have enough time to visit more places: Marche is still a unexplored region, not too crowded, though it is full of naturalistic surprises and arts beauties. Do not miss the chance to spend sometime in Martelletto and visit its neighborhood!Thank you so much Ilaria for the kind words! We really enjoyed your company and let's hope there will be more chances to spend some time together...either here or in Finland! A big hug to you and your sweet crew. Daniele & Elena

We were advised that the antipasti were worth going for, and hefty. What an understatement! We never got beyond them. Four of us, staggering after the series of very good starters - wide variety, cooked and fresh, from baked soufflé cheese to bruschetta to crisp vegetables and cured meats. Very decent local verdicchio. A family place, we were served by two lads (twins?), one smiling, one not. There was a large birthday party on the go at the same time, filling much of the place, but service was good. And it's on a hill near Lago de Cingoli for a swim after.
