Our 4th visit to this unique location and we never fail to be impressed by the quality of the food. Owner Silvano's passionate descriptions reflect the love that goes into preparing these traditional tastes of the region's history. Whilst not necessarily advocating visiting while a magnitude 6.1 earthquake happens barely 15km away, it certainly didn't makes us think of leaving after just 6 plates and the next 6 were equally delicious. The menu is set but vegetarians and vegans are willingly and competently catered for.

Lovely location to stop for a glass of wine or fresh juice and a plate of cold cuts and cheese. Friendly family run business. So helpful and kind. Speaks of the town in general. Very warm and welcoming community.

We eat dinner here on a Tuesday night. We arrived just before 19:30 hrs and thought at first that it was a little bar cafe but then the manager opened this big sliding door to reveal a big new restaurant area. Within 5 minutes there were 3 other English speaking couples in too. The pizza is delicious. I had the tuna, onion and anchovies. It's also very good value

I have reviewed this restaurant before but it just gets better every year. If you are a vegetarian, this IS the place for your fine dining. The food is local, imaginative, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. My favorite dish is the 5-course tasting of appetizers but it's all just amazing.

This was the very first restaurant I was invited to in 2000 when staying with friends in Le Marche. I instantly fell in love with the food and area and have returned 14 times since. I would suggest asking the waiter to feed you rather than ordering from the menu. They know what they are doing. Can't wait to return in August 2018 with my family.Thank'you very much!! It's always a pleasure!

There are three restaurants listed for San Ginesio but not Terra Nostra which is an omission as it is the best and most popular restaurant in town. When you list it I will review it. Many thanks.
The restaurant is located in the lovely square in San Ginesio and the young waitstaff were friendly and helpful. When the mixed cheese plate arrived, I was a bit concerned, since cheese i had bought at the gourmet counter at the local Coal supermarket that looked less mass produced. The best thing we ordered were the olives ascolane. Most people were ordering pizzas, maybe our mistake was in ordering pasta. The pastas were not bad, but nothing special, and the cappuccino was the same. i kept wanting to like this place but left realizing overall the meal had been quite average.

I love the experience when you're not given a menu and just told what is special on the day. The waiter, chef, owner William will take you through a wide variety of delicious selections including olives from his mother's garden and then regale you with local tales and even a personal experience with subprime in Florida. Great spot, we'll be back!Thank you a lot!!! I hope to see you soon!!! you are welcome!

Piccolo ristorante a gestione famigliare con cucina tipica marchigiana a base di carne.NO credit card e bancomat.Si consiglia di prenotare
Having heard that San Fabiano had re-opened after sustaining damage in the earthquakes, we were keen to try this restaurant, much favoured by the local population as well as tourists. Although the original building was badly damaged, the kitchens are still in use and the owners have cleverly placed a log cabin adjacent to the kitchen, to safely house diners. They have gone to great efforts to make it welcoming and keep the informal and friendly atmosphere. We took a friend there as a 'thank you' and were all impressed by the food on offer. My wife had a very tasty mushroom ravioli as a first course and I chose a very nice spaghetti carbonara for mine. The generous portions just left enough room for a second course, which was sweet and sour wild boar. The house white wine went down very well and the total bill was very reasonable. This family run restaurant deserves its reputation and I would urge you to give them your support in exchange for a tasty, good value meal.Tank you!!

The farm is surrounded by oak trees in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. Our strength lies in the close connection to the territory: in fact the raw materials come from our crops and farms. The family-style cuisine enhances the traditional flavors: ha
This is a restaurant tucked away gown a track with the only sign being a rough handwritten sign off the main road.Great for children as there is a big play area within view of outside seating. There is no choice but there is no need! Huge plates of delicious ham, salami, sausage, followed by a very worth bean soup and then chops/steak and a pud - with wine for four adults and two children, just 120 euros!
