We been there twice, 2008 and 2012, they have good food, tapas, pizza etc. Prices are good, service quick

Staff friendly & a good menu, but the spaghetti bolognaise was nearly all spaghetti with very little meat and the braised ox tail, although the meat was delicious, was swimming in oil and far too greasy. Shame - could so easily have been much better.

Down the hill from Hotel Ego, this place does not look like too much â even when we arrived (just after 8 in the afternoon) there was a group of older guys smoking inside the restaurant. Service was not the most friendly, but pretty good, and more importantly the food was good â with only the bread being a bit meh; otherwise all the dishes were of generous sizes and good.

We spent 3 months in Viveiro in 2013 and ate in Pizzbur many evenings. The atmosphere is incredible and you dont see another british diner!Get there before 19.30 because it fills up drastically after that .Food/wine is excellent value and the staffing is friendly and efficient.

Restaurante con una carta actual basada en pescados y mariscos de la lonja de Celeiro, cocinados para realzar su sabor. Con carnes de la zona y postres elaborados en casa.Restaurant with a modern menu based on seafood from the fish market Celeiro, cooked
If gastronomical is mentioned in the name of an establishment, I tend to become very critical upfront. But in this case, no reason to worry. Why? Because every course is prepared with absolutely fresh ingredients, tastefully cooked and nicely presented.Dont expect Michelin conditions, it's traditional cuisine. The locals seem to eat here. Low season and almost full in midweek!Portions are big, you won't leave the table hungry.Oh, that tarte of crispy suckling pig was exquisite.Wine list is solely Spanish. Prices for everyones purse. You can even order a carafe.Waiting without fuss. They do their absolute best to translate the menue for the tourists without sighing, as is often the case in Spain. We were so full, so, instead of dessert, we ordered a aguardente and partner a mochito sorbet. No music played at all and I like that the most.Hey, we where very happy with this meal.

The food was outstanding from start to finish. The owner served us personally and despite lack of English made us feel very welcome. He even found us a secluded table in the Restaurant where we able to take our little dog. You must eat here if you are anywhere in Northern Galicia.

Only staying in Hotel Ego for one night but thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Nitoâs. Beautiful setting, delicious food although disappointed at the Percebes not being available. Jamon exquisite, Merluza de Galicia gorgeous, very nice Spanish gin and good bottle of wine all made for a lovely evening!

We chose this restaurant on the basis of the trip advisor reviews- although my Spanish is not bad the main problem here is making a choice from the Menu Del Dia and the Especial Menu as the dishes are not written down but just read out to customers by the waitress- having asked to repeat the choices twice AND asked explanations we did not feel we could ask a third time so had to make a hurried choice- hubby a bit put out that he made a poor choice. I had stuffed eggs for starter, then calamares with chips and ice cream for pudding. Hubby had an enormous chick pea kind of fabada which was good but the second course he wasn't even sure what it was although it had the appearance of minced meat but just kind of dumped on a plate of Luke warm chips. This is a fast service type of restaurant where the courses arrive immediately you have finished the first one. Having said that 3 courses with bread and half carafe of reasonable quality white wine and a coffee afterwards all for a total of 18 euros is incredible value.

Had the tuna salad and bacon. The former is their speciality. Both were excellent. Really impressed. They had good wine too and the service was 10/10. Very well run place. Great place to hang out too.
