We truly enjoyed our visit to Enoteca Giulia a few nights ago. The Italian wife/Spanish chef husband combination have created a unique dining experience in Forte Dei Marmi, a place which is normally quite set in its (usually boring) culinary traditions. We enjoyed a nice selection of tapas accompanied by excellent Pata Negra ham, and as a main course I had one of the best pigeons I have ever enjoyed, cooked to perfection, full of flavor, really mouthwatering. The wine selection is really wide, for all tastes and pockets, and correctly priced.

This restaurant is part of the hotel but can be a destination restaurant itself. The food and service are excellent. There are theme evenings such as truffle night and Florentine steak night. We had other plans both of those evenings, but the owner had the chef prepare those dishes for us the next day. there was also an evening where dinner was in the garden accompanied by piano music.Thanks very much for your kind review - Grazie per la gentile recensione We try to our best ! cerchiamo di fare sempre il meglio per accontntentare i ns clienti. Recommended by a friend and the hotel as a place to go in Pietrasanta, this place is located on a pedestrian alley with fun people watching off the main square. Wine selections were spot on, starters were fantastic, pastas were amazing... frankly, everything looked so good on the menu we ordered way more food than we could eat. We sampled everything and loved it all - from the soup to the fish, everything was a hit. They even accommodated our 9 year olds request for pasta not on the menu. We thought it was a perfect way to end the trip to this charming little town chock full of amazing art.
