L'ambiente elegante è inaspettato in quanto l'esterno è una classica costruzione in legno della marina. Begli arredi, eccezionale la collezione di caffettiere, di grande stile la mise en place: piatti, bicchieri e posate veramente di design. E il menù? Originale con un'intrigante contaminazione del pesce con frutti tropicali, ma senza eccedere (non abbiamo provato la carne... next time). Ogni pietanza ci è arrivata impiattata in modo eccellente, sia nella scelta della ceramica che nella decorazione: un quadro. Ma veniamo alla cucina: antipasto di mare 5 assaggi buono, a parte il tonno un po' asciutto. Risotto nero ai calamari e mango mancava un po' di grinta: il pesce deve essere il protagonista, e non lo era. Ottime le linguine risottate con frutti di mare, gamberi e tartare. Buonissimi i ravioli burrata e orata e buono pure il tonno in crosta di pistacchi. Assai gradevole anche il filetto di branzino con le verdure. Tutte le portate abbondanti. Complimenti al servizio, veloce e inappuntabile. Prezzi alti, ma resi accettabili da the fork festival.

Found this on Tripadvisor before going and was certainly not disappointed in fact we were there three nights and ate here every night. Fresh seafood, wonderful atmosphere, staff friendly and service second to none.Sig. jelasa buonasera , GRAZIE , lei è molto gentile , la ringrazio molto per le sue belle parole . Cordiali saluti .

This is a lovely modern restaurant. Dinners only. Wonderful beef stakes. Big or huge. Smallest is a filet of 250 gram. I chose vegetable suffles (3 small beautifully presented) to start and cold meat cuts with rocket salad as a main course though it was from the starters menu. Excellent.My husband chose the onion soup that was rich plus the filet. We had a bottle of lovely red wine, suggested by the waitress, excellent for its price 26 euros.The cost of the meals for two was 100 euros, so this is not cheap.

This is the only place where you can have a meal after the opera (which ended at midnight!) and you definitely need to book a table in advance. (The Hotel Butterfly is open for bar snacks after the opera, but not meals.) We had very good pizze here and despite the crowds the service was friendly and efficient.

This restaurant has been going for three generations and no wonder,the food is great! There's a fish menu and a meat menu, the game they serve is mouth watering. Wild boar with polenta,papardelle with hare ragu,antipasto with various crostini but the best are the crostini di Cecco,original and delicious...a family secret! The location is fantastic, on the Belvedere in front of Lake Massaciuccoli They also have a very well stocked cantina!

Came to this place after spending some time at a nearby beach club. The staff was very friendly and our waiter spoke really good English. My friend and I both ordered the fish pasta with olives, capers, and tomatoes. Best pasta we have had in Italy. We also ordered a bottle of white wine that was super cheap and delicious. The restaurant gave us a free soup appetizer and a free fresh strawberries and cream dessert which were both also amazing. 10/10 recommend.

We were booked in for dinner by a very discerning local and had a great evening. Lovely views of the yachts and a spectacular sunset after a stormy day. The pasta with king crab was DIVINE. Fabulous flavours perfectly matched and beautifully presented. My wife and I shared a turbot freshly caught, cooked and prepared. Delicious!The wine list is great and decent value.All the staff were charming and attentive. Thank you for a great evening. Dear 160dominicd, thank you very much for your feedback. We visited Pivot on 11 April. Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff made us feel very welcome with our daughter (who is only aged two) and they moved tables around to accommodate us as we hadn't booked ahead. They also took time to explain the menus and it was clear they were very passionate about their food. Fine dining for a mid-range price. I really hope to visit again one day.

Had heard and read a lot a good things about this place, so was looking forward to the meal. . However i was really disappointed. The starters ( a selection of antipasti) were OK, but nothing stood out. MY main course of sea bream was slightly overcooked, and was served with potatoes, which were the best thing about the dish.My son who was with me and my guests were also underwhelmed by the food we were served. Certainly not memorable experience.Dear Horsedeal,i'm very sorry to hear that yr experience was not as you expeted.Unfortunatly, you don't mention when you visited our restaurant, so for me it's difficult to recall you.I hope you Will give us a second chance and pls do em me if you need asssistance for the area in the future, [email protected]
