Recently, I had dinner here and overall I enjoyed the experience. I started with a Chickpea dish, well presented and appetising, followed by a Chicken Chettinad, I have had this dish in several places but here it was a lot spicier than anywhere else. Despite that, I enjoyed it and found the service to very friendly and attentive. Also, the menu is quite wide-ranging.

Amaya Fusion is decorated with minimalist restraint and fine detailing. We aim to provide exemplary service and outstanding cuisine which reflects our authentic Indian traditions. The intimate dining room is available for private functions.
Went with a group of 9 friends - everyone delighted with the food, it was good value for money and the service was great. They couldn't have been any more accommodating of our requests including some off menu orders. I had Tikki Fish for starter and Shorshe Macch (sea bass) main, both were delicious. One of the group ordered the Shakahari Thali main which looked amazing, it was a lovely a selection of taster veggie dishes - will have to order next time! Looking forward to returning.Hi Cat B,Thank you for taking time and leaving us a review, we are delighted to hear that you had a good time having your meal. It was an absolute pleasure to have you in @amayafusion. we look forward to see you again.

Decided to go here following reading some good reviews on tripadvisor. On arrival the restaurant was almost empty yet we were asked to wait for a table all the while looking at empty tables in front of our eyes. After a 20 minute wait for a table we were seated, Another 20 minutes passed and some water was brought to our table. Some more time passed and we were hoping that sometime soon a menu would be forthcoming but alas no. Again we patiently waited in anticipation of maybe some popadoms coming our way but nothing arrived. 45 minutes into our stay we decided to up and leave. On exiting I mentioned our plight to a staff member who was standing looking in our direction for most of our stay we were leaving and was given a reply of " I have other customers to serve". So needless to say we left and will not return. There are plenty of places to eat in Naas which are only too happy to serve you this however is not one of them. The service we received was deplorable and was made worse as there were not even too many people there no excuse for this level of service.

Made arrangements to meet my wifes family for an afternoon get together and lunch. There were 15 seniors in total and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. That day there was a 4 course lunch special for senior citizens priced at just 11 euro.Unbeliveable value and everyone enjoyed the food which can only be described as excellent. Well done Dowlings, we will certainly return regardless of your special lunch menu.

No More Info Available, But Fabulous Food In This Restaurant
I love Indian food and always get it from the same restaurant. But I heard from a few people that Bombay bistro was meant to be very nice. I tried it this evening. It was very disappointing. Prawn tikka Massala was extremely greasy and the prawns were over cooked. The onion Bhaji was over cooked and too crispy & greasy to enjoy. The fish pakora just tasted like cod from a chip shop. I couldn’t taste any spices from it. Overall it wasn’t very nice and I would not order from here again. Overall i feel like I have just consumed greasy chip shop food.
