Reviews on Cafe food in Dublin, Province of Leinster, Ireland. You've probably heard that Guinness tastes better in Dublin (fresh from the factory), but what you may not know is that Dublin is a perfect destination for the whole family. No, we're not suggesting you let the kiddies drink a pint. Instead, take them to the Dublin Zoo, to feed the ducks in Stephen's Green or on a picnic in Phoenix Park. Scholars enjoy walking in the literary footsteps of such writers as Yeats and Joyce, while discerning shoppers have their pick of designer boutiques.

At The Bakehouse we aim to offer traditional, flavoursome, homemade Irish foods and baked goods. Classic food from a simpler time, that our parents and grandparents grew up on. The sort of food that give comfort similar to a good hug. Simple....but epic a

I popped in for a pick me up. The restaurant is small and tight, but it was worth the maneuvering for the best Victoria Sponge cake I have ever had. The restaurant was quaint, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend. I only wish I had ordered some lunch while I was there.

Busy Saturday am but service quite slow and they forgot to bring my coffee (which was decent). When âIrishâ breakfast finally arrived the rashers were waifer thin, and egg was cold. Sausages were quite cheap-tasting. Underwhelmed.

Came to Dublin for the Wales/Ireland World Cup warm up match. Ate at the bean hive on the first morning. The coffee was DELICIOUS and Iâm a sucker for colour so we got them to do pretty pictures on our coffee. Iâm a meat eater and my wife is a vegetarian. We both had the respective full breakfasts and they were both delicious. The place was full when we got there but we were given a queue number and seated as soon as a table became available. We were with a group of people which also included vegans and everyone thought this place was fab for both food and coffee. Totally instagram worthy! Great job beanhive!

Healthy food prepared in store. All soups/ stews gluten free. Gluten free desserts too. Wholesale soup supplier.
We popped in for lunch on a Friday and just managed to get a seat. We both had soup (dhal, and red pepper and goatâs cheese) plus a sandwich each (my husband had the daily special which was really nice). We only had a small soup but itâs a substantial portion. Itâs a nice touch to be able to pick a piece of fruit as you leave. Nice staff. I would have given it 5 out of 5 but the toilet wasnât working and I really wanted to use it so I had to eat cross legged!

Classic Irish family owned & run business in the heart of Dublin. Bringing you Irish classic lunches & the best Irish breakfasts.
First Dublin breakfast! Love the old school charm, the receptionists found it hard to believe I went here as it is more of a local haunt, but it was excellent for a taste of Ireland. Not sure how I feel about white pudding but if its on your bucket list you can find it hereThanks for taking the time to write a review! That receptionist should be recommending you to Gerryâs for that real Irish breakfast experience! We wonder did you like the black puddding?
