Went to this very excellent new restaurant in the small town of Minervino di Lecce. You canât go wrong ordering anything on the menu here. Worth the trip if you are staying in Otranto or anywhere near. All the fish we ordered was fresh and cooked just right: the tuna, the snapper, and salted cod. Everything was presented in a very picturesque way and tasted amazing all the way to the deconstructed tiramisu for dessert. Nice ambience and the a/c didnât hurt either. Lots of special touches, donât miss this restaurant. Bon Appetito!

Ottimo forno che produce specialità salentine sia dolci che salate.Le pizze e focacce sono fatte con farina di tipo 2 con una lievitazione di almeno 24 ore che le rendo ottime molto più digeribili di quelle fatte con la farina di tipo 00.
