Farmacia dei sani was a highlight of our trip to Puglia last year and so we returned with much anticipation. The menu is less interesting, and the portions are much smaller, resulting in a fairly expensive meal. We felt rushed through the whole dinner and came away feeling that they are riding on their reputation rather than continuing to maintain the creativity and high standard that we enjoyed so much in 2015.

We had nowhere else to whet our appetite and hungry bellies so we ventured into this spot. At first my spidy senses were telling me to continue the search but my hunger took over. Food - 2Everything just felt soggy. Things were undercooked and others over cooked. Maybe we just caught them on a sleepy day or just too early for dinner. Flavors seems like most dishes were nuked. Atmosphere - 3Just a old school Italian stone building with nothing special. It seems like they are not keeping up the vibe with the trends of the common era. Service - 3The staff is limited since they are slow (not too many customers). They are just in a verge of needing more staff but not busy enough to hire more staff. Thus the slow service. Would not return and venture to any other spots that are open at the time

We loved the service so much (thank you Laura) that we actually went there on our last day just ot have a drink. We had dinner there twice and we loved the pizza. I prefer the outside terrace with a view on the main square, but the terrace inside is also lovely.
