Excellent dinner in a charming "masseria", 10 minutes from the center of Lecce. The menu features few local, fresh and home-made dishes. We had mixed antipasti, a duo of primi and a very tasty secondo. Everything for 20E, including coffee and wine. We'll definitely be back.

It was once an underground quarry which was later used to store wine (the enormous, old barrels are still there). The food was delicious, service impeccable (very professional staff) and when we had finished, the chef came out to see if we were satisfied with our meal. They even bake their own bread. Everything was accompanied by the wonderful wines from the nearby Apollonio Winery which we had visited earlier in the evening. All in all, a fantastic experience and we will definitely be going back again.

We were lucky enough to visit this delightful restaurant for a full pasta making experience. We were taken through the making of many varieties of pasta and it was clear they are absolute experts in pasta and appropriate accompaniments. Our lunch was absolutely delicious and we were lucky enough to sample some of the fresh pasta we had created. If you are even remotely close to this wonderful restaurant we would highly recommend a visit if not for the pasta making experience, then definitely for lunch or dinner. A truly unique and personalized experience!

All fans of Salento have to taste our products. Here you can taste cold cuts, chopping board with "capocollo" and a lot of cheese, bruschetta, puccia, good Apulian wine and much more...
If you enjoy trying local produce this small bottega is the place to visit in Lecce. They stock a huge range of local wines and beers which can be bought by the glass as well as the bottle. The have a small deli and make a great selection of sandwiches using only local cheeses and meats which work really well with the wines. They also stock local biscuits, pasta, spreads and pottery that are ideal as gifts. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Rather intimidating amount of staff meet you, but they were very friendly and helpful. Meat and fish is charged per kilo, slightly confusing menu, which needed explaining. Exceptionally good steak on a hot slate, papaer thin veal wrapped around pine nuts, raisins and cheese delicious. We returned here twice, great desert, and good seating outside. Very nice wine and beer selection.

We just spent 3 weeks in Italy and dined at a number of mid and high range restaurants each night and most days for lunch. My husband and I rate this restaurant as our number one choice for a number of reasons:- the host/waiter's (Giovanni) service was impeccable, the bread was all freshly made and delicious. We opted for the a la carte menu and each dish was fantastic. The price was very, very reasonable. We also had a great Puglian red Primitivo wine, very good and very reasonably price. Only 6 tables. You can see the creativity and care that goes into the food. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely little family restaurant in a quiet residential area, well frequented by locals. Every care and attention from the owner and staff, everything we had was great - pasta with spicy soft cheese and tomato delicious. Good wine at a very tempting price - easy to order more than you really need! Thanks Mantony for your impeccable and useful review Goodbye from the Lerian staff

In Lecce for business for 2 days. Invited to this restaurant with a party of 8 from mixed nationalities. I have been numerous times in Italy and have been taken to many good places but this was by far my best experience. We started with a vast choice of dishes with cooked, smoked, grilled and raw fish. Our main was Sea-bass in salt crust and had again a vast choice of deserts. Divine...I would go back any time!!

We entered the restaurant, starving, about half an hour before they were scheduled to open. Instead of telling us to wait for normal business hours, the owner welcomed us, seated us and gave us free appetizers to tide us over until the staff arrived! What hospitality! The food was all wonderful! We had scampi, two ways, seafood pasta and antipasti.
