We had the most amazing lunch here today, lobster Pasta, incredible!!! We have been in Puglia fore one week and this has been the best food so far. It was so fresh modern and beautifully presented. If we were staying longer we would come back everyday and work our way through the menu. Chef/owner are fantastic and are quite rightly proud of their fresh and wonderful produce. Go you will not be disappointed

All fans of Salento have to taste our products. Here you can taste cold cuts, chopping board with "capocollo" and a lot of cheese, bruschetta, puccia, good Apulian wine and much more...
If you enjoy trying local produce this small bottega is the place to visit in Lecce. They stock a huge range of local wines and beers which can be bought by the glass as well as the bottle. The have a small deli and make a great selection of sandwiches using only local cheeses and meats which work really well with the wines. They also stock local biscuits, pasta, spreads and pottery that are ideal as gifts. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Table placement not great here, our table and another were placed so unnecessarily close together that customers and staff had to keep squeezing between us which made it quite a unrelaxing experience for me, it only needed the other table to be moved slightly further back for this situation to have been avoided. Menus only in Italian although the female member of staff was very helpful with translation for us. We chose a artichoke dish and a fried stuffed courgette flower dish from the antipasti menu, the artichokes were soft as butter and full of flavour, and the courgette flower stuffed with anchovy and mozzarella was crisp and tasty. My partner had a unusual pork dish to follow and I had fried bacalao another dish from the antipasti menu. My partners pork was succulent and delicious but my bacalao wasnât very good, the batter was so thick and uncooked in places I couldnât eat it. We also ordered chips, but they werenât chips but cheesy peppery crisps, nice but not chips! For dessert we had panna cotta which was almost ruined by the addition of sickly sweet strawberry syrup and tiramisu which seemed devoid of coffee or liqueur so the finger biscuits at the bottom were dry in places. So overall pretty hit and miss, and a slightly disappointing meal, I would come and eat here again though as I would like to try some of their pasta dishes.

Worth the walk to try this exemplary local restaurant. I booked by email and Adriano was quick to respond. Friendly welcome and a great balance between warm hospitality and professional formality. Particularly enjoyed the selection of plates 'from the garden'. the wine recommendations were also excellent.

Gourmet restaurant that combines tradition and innovation in a refined and welcoming location. Wine list varied and cured. Meat, fish, vegetables, homemade desserts.
I was embarrassed I recommended this restaurant to my friends. No sparkling wine while selecting the menu set the tone for a disaster ahead. Expecting fine dining we booked the traditional tasting menu. Ritz biscuits as one of the appetizers! Over cooked pasta followed potato balls and potato cake. The only saving grace was the wine. Poorly trained young waiter. The chef in fairness offered dinner on the house but what an evening a real shame!

Lovely little family restaurant in a quiet residential area, well frequented by locals. Every care and attention from the owner and staff, everything we had was great - pasta with spicy soft cheese and tomato delicious. Good wine at a very tempting price - easy to order more than you really need! Thanks Mantony for your impeccable and useful review Goodbye from the Lerian staff

Rather intimidating amount of staff meet you, but they were very friendly and helpful. Meat and fish is charged per kilo, slightly confusing menu, which needed explaining. Exceptionally good steak on a hot slate, papaer thin veal wrapped around pine nuts, raisins and cheese delicious. We returned here twice, great desert, and good seating outside. Very nice wine and beer selection.

Just outside the old town, this is a neighbourhood restaurant mainly frequented by Italians but probably used for something a little bit more special. The owner really takes pride in his restaurant. Reservations necessary. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. A very enjoyable experience

We just spent 3 weeks in Italy and dined at a number of mid and high range restaurants each night and most days for lunch. My husband and I rate this restaurant as our number one choice for a number of reasons:- the host/waiter's (Giovanni) service was impeccable, the bread was all freshly made and delicious. We opted for the a la carte menu and each dish was fantastic. The price was very, very reasonable. We also had a great Puglian red Primitivo wine, very good and very reasonably price. Only 6 tables. You can see the creativity and care that goes into the food. We highly recommend this restaurant.
