Great pasta with fish. One of the best ever. Nice place too and chef is a nice guy who interacts with each customer. Of course he is a great Cook too. Highly reccomend. Grazie!

Oramai sono un cliente fisso molto affezionato.Ho portato qui un amico e ho fatto un figurone.Non ne avevo dubbi, tutto buonissimo come sempre.I titolari Simone e Letizia sono due persone eccezionali, disponibili, alla mano e sempre pronti a scambiare quattro chiacchiere con i loro clienti.Lo consiglio davvero a tutti, almeno una volta nella vostra vita ci dovete andare!

My wife and I went for lunch around opening for lunch and mostly had the place to ourselves. The manager came over and personally greeted us after we sat down seating. Our server was fast and curtious, she seemed to speak only a few words in English but the manager had a good grasp of basic English words. The menu was in Italian and correct English so if you speak English you can still make an order without problems.The food was amazing. We received bread and what the manager called âcaprese" (maybe this spelled wrong, it was delicious so we Googled it and I think itâs actually nduja) on the house. We had bruschetta with very fresh mozzarella and porchetta (ham). The manager shared with us some very fresh mozzarella di bufala that he had just received from the farm (fattoria). For our main dish we ordered a steak fillet and lasagna. The steak was of beautiful quality soft and lightly marbled, flavored very subtlety, and perfectly accentuated with sea salt. For sure, it was the best tasting and quality steak we've had in Italy. The lasagna was browned just right with wonderfully crisped edges. Both dished filled the plate and the belly. The wife and I were totally stuffed but decided to get a cannolo/cannoli and caffè. The pastry shell was crisp and crunchy revealing the sweet filling inside. Normally I wouldn't mention caffè because in most places coffee is too hot and a bit burnt. At Da Vinci Bisteccheria the caffè was presented at drinking temperature and very smooth. A delicious end to a delicious lunch.Unfortunately, we were so caught up in how good the food was we forgot to take any photos. Trust me, the food and atmosphere make this place worth a visit if you speak even if you only speak English.

Thatâs a very good restaurant and a usual stop when Iâm in Latina.The thing is that theyâre great both for meat and pizza!Meat: juicy, tasty, well seasonedPizza: Roman style, several types, high quality toppings The service is good (even if sometimes waiters look pretty rude ...) and prices are pretty good
