Jaca (in Aragonese: Chaca or Xaca) is a city of northeastern Spain in the province of Huesca, located near the Pyrenees and the border with France. Jaca is an ancient fort on the Aragón River, situated at the crossing of two great early medieval routes, one from Pau to Zaragoza. We stopped off here on a Friday night to get out of a huge traffic jam of Spanish going skiing for the weekend.Essentially this is a place where you phone in your order and either it's delivered or you collect it. The waiting time was 20 minutes for our order. There are tables and chairs, but it's up to the customers themselves to clear away the cardboard boxes and any plastic bottles used. We ate in as we didn't want our vehicle to smell of pizza. I cleared a table first. Plenty of tables were available and there were about 6 other tables occupied. Our pizza was a Hawaiian, with cooked ham and pineapple. It was served in a cardboard pizza box where we collected it from the serving counter. It was too hot to eat. We chose the small size pizza for one person, there was easily enough for mother and son. It cost 9.95 euros. We cleared our own table and visited the toilets before leaving. There was hot water and a hand dryer working in the mens toilets, but no hot water and a hand dryer that wasn't working in the ladies toilets. This is the sort of place to go if you are hungry, rather than a nice restaurant to impress your other half.Ths pizza itself was a deep crust, plenty of topping and very hot. Nice pizza, shame about the place!I visited in February 2018 with my son.

Visited Jaca last week and came across this restaurant by chance, we had a very warm welcome from staff the food was well cooked, the menu of the day we had started with a basket of bread, a sherry and nibble each (a potato and fish croquette) while we waited for the food, we then received a bottle of water each and a bottle of red wine for 4, the starter of roast veg was huge, we followed with steak or salmon with chips and salad garnish and we finished with panacotta or profiteroles (there were lots of other choices on all courses) they then brought us a sweet finishing drink and all for Eu11.95 incredible value for money - we actually overpaid and tipped because we were all so impressed - would certainly come again if in the area.

We had to have the fixed price menu because they had run out of pizza dough. The salad was good but everything else was average to poor. We cannot recommend the fixed price menu but the pizzas that other people were having looked pretty good. Too bad they had run out!

Las pizzas están bien, no son nada del otro mundo pero están buenas, tampoco son muy grandes. El servicio fué correcto y el precio también. Se ve como las hacen. Los camareros son amables. Nos gustó.

We have been travelling in Spain for the past 2 years and this is by far the best food we had. Great pizza and traditional dishes + English speaking service and modern interior design. We wanted to hug everyone before we left!

Absolutely delicious pizzas. Really nice thin base with fresh ingredients. Lots of options available and the staff were very friendly too. Highly recommended.

Quality Italia meal, from a good choice menu. Friendly staff, decent bottle of wine was recommended, what was also moderately priced. Warm Friday night, late summer evening and even though the place was buzzing, the food quality and service were up to the test. Recommended.
