Our third visit to this beautiful hotel, excellent staff, spotlessly clean, food was sometimes repetitive but you would never go hungry, plenty of choices. The rooms are very spacious and are very well kept. The grounds are beautiful the swimming was freezing always has been but since it’s been enlarged makes it difficult to swim in as not very deep.Glad I’m not very tall ?? Very disappointed in the evening entertainment we used to have different acts, dancing etc and at the end of the night there was always music to dance to but none of this now.there was such a noticeable amount of French customers and these were obviously looked after very well entertainment wise, nothing was spoken in English which was very disappointing and I think should be looked into, I certainly hope that all Barceló group hotels are not going to be going down this road or I’m sure they will certainly, lose a lot of custom from us English.

It seems this hotel has trained their staff to focus on getting as much money as possible from their guest. Hence the staff forgot was friendliness and service with a smile was all about. The staff could not use their discretion but were rigid in making sure you stick to their own agenda. There was no sign as you drive into the hotel car park or it is not visible that they charge for parking or how much it is. It is only on your way out you are now told it is 6 Euros per night. This is dubious. No service with a smile.

We are in the hotel now from 48 hours. The overall expirience of the hotel is very nice. This is quiet place with beautiful surranding. But the customer service experience is not nice. We have holidays booked with TUI (as any airline is flying there normally) and I think for guests who are directly booked with the hotel it can be different expiriecne.. but when we was booking the room was only one option. Economy… I know this is my contract I signed but the standard rooms are quiet better in this hotel.. room is really small and old. Bathroom has dirty celling.. when you are looking up you can imaging that it is broken and can fall down.. another thing is only one energy outlet in whole room !! We have 6 devices with us and can’t work normally due to no power ! We have requested cord and there is still only one outlet.. I am travelling all the time and it is first situation like this. We can charge phones during the nite or Laptops due to one outlet ! Second one is In bathroom but will not put laptop there. Another thing is curtains. Horrible. There is light during the night due to not full darkness of the room. And also window in the bathroom so it is even lighter in room…. Beds are ok, actually we have only one small bed but requested the change to 2 single beds and received but the room is more old and smaller than previous one. We even do not have a desk so we need to work in bed :/… You have electric kettle but you need to use it in bathroom…. The room we have before was 3060 and now 2050, do not recommend at all…. We took it only because of 2 beds… this 3060 was also not melia standard. Another thing we had a problem w cable to MacBook as it was broken. We wanted some advise where to buy it as this city is really small. And what we heard on the reception - don’t know… we could loose our work due to no work and the help from the hotel is no idea. Zero empathy…. Food - breakfast ok. Dinner - buffer is small and not a big choice but seems fresh. Another thing is quality. I took chicken breast yesterday from live station and was raw inside… the waitress when was taking the plate was unhappy that I don’t finish but it was raw ! You can die from raw chicken… Later on took lamb bat it was only piece of fat. Apple pie - frozen ! Apples was wet from water and ice inside .. So … it is not nice holiday for now.

With all the young children around, you would think the Two (2) Girl Lifeguards on duty would be a little bit more focused. So please don’t DROWN whilst they are on or you might interrupt them while they text, check their phones or talk to each other. Instead of manning their Towers and staying focused on their Job

Our hotel in Huelva (Spain) is set in an area with excellent communications, with direct access from the motorway and 15 minutes from the beach. The hotel has 165 spacious rooms with wooden floors. There are also special rooms for women executives, free WiFi, parking facilities and all the necessary services to ensure a pleasant stay.Hotel Monte Conquero is located in the very historical and commercial Heart of Huelva, close to the Convention and Exhibition Centre called "Casa Colon" where an array of acts and events of all kinds are held.Nearby there is an abundance of shops situated in various pedestrianised streets. A few metres away from the hotel are the city's principal monuments: the Merced Cathedral, the Ermita de la Soledad and the Reina Victoria district, among others.
We stayed over night at the Senator driving to Portugal. We have a Dacia Stepway which is a small car and we good drivers. I must say I found their carpark to be challenging, it was dark, steep, narrow with a low ceiling. If I ever stay at this hotel again, I would use the multi storey carpark on the same side as the hotel, but 80 metres before the hotel. The public parking was 16€, only 1 € more than the hotel, for 24 hours and access looked very good, light and wide. I would like to mention Raul the receptionist who helped me get my car out of the exist of carpark, without his cool head and clear directions I would be blocking the exist now.

The view from the hotel on the city of Aracena and on the hills (from the back side) are just wonderful. Awesome lobby, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is OK. But for many reasons, we were not really satisfied with our stay : 1) Rooms are equipped with cold white Led bulbs, not powerful enough, which give a gloomy atmosphere, emphasized by the grey decoration. In the evening, it was like being at a funeral. Not what we expect from a hotel room ! We regret also that there is only one armchair available in the double room. Where is supposed to seat comfortably the second person ? 2) Everywhere in the public spaces, the music is loud, what is very unpleasant, especially during breakfast. Hard to relax and make it a moment of serenity, in total opposition with the beautiful nature of the Sierra of Aracena. 3) We were also surprised that there is nobody at the front desk. You have to ring to have somebody coming ! Not a soul to welcome you or to greet you ! How sad ! 4) Lastly, the old town and the restaurants are closed to the hotel, but you have to cross a main road with a lot of traffic without any secure crossway. That is dangerous. It's up to the management to improve these different points.

This impressive, arabesque style hotel is between the Coast of Portugal and Isla Cristina Port, very close to Isla Canela Marina. Enjoying a beachfront location, the hotel boasts a magnificent themed pool with slides and a jacuzzi surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers, solarium, heated pool (closed from 8/01/13 to 30/04/13), games area for adults and kids, large lounge bar with outdoor terrace, entertainment shows, ... And much more!
We unfortunately lost our holiday going to Turkey but Hayes travel found one to this hotel in Spain. We were not disappointed. We were delayed due to our flight bringing back Thomas Cook customers and the restaurant was closed but after booking in we were told there was food waiting for us in the restaurant with a large bottle of water. Perfect. Just what we needed. The rooms are lovely, very clean with plenty of room. Large bed, lots of wardrobe space, large bathroom with separate dressing area. Lounge area with fridge, microwave, kettle even though we were all inclusive. Big pool area with plenty of sunbeds, 2 jacuzzis, two slides, outdoor covered seating area and bar, indoor bar seating, entertainment room and bar. Indoor pool and showers. Spotlessly clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. Great choice of food with two chefs cooking fresh food, fish and meat as well as buffet choices. Wide range of named spirits at no extra charge. If we were ever unable to go on our normal holiday to Turkey we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping us to have a fabulous time after lots of disappointment ?

We were part of a small group touring Spain. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly. A top notch hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and lounge area, and had a pleasant dinner in the dining room. This may be the best hotel of our trip.
