Very nice location on the beach. Service was very good. Not cheap food. Presentation was very nice and the taste of the seafood ravioli and tuna salad was good. Afterwards, we were very ill for 1.5 days. We suspect the kitchen cleanliness was poor. One indicator for a restaurant... after our meal I used the restroom... there was no soap or towel.

That is how we feel, having dinner at home, Doña Flor and all her family took care of us, the food was great, we had the tradicional Costarican Casados, with beef, and fish, and the natural fruit juices, we LOVED.they showed to us their hotel/motel rooms that they are building and they look really nice.we would recommend this place not just for eat but also to stay if you are planning to go to Samara Beach"Doña Flor and Family, thanks for your Hospitality"Pura VidaThe Gonzalez Family

We liked Ahora Si restaurant so much that we went twice during our one week stay in Samara. Our son & I chose pasta dishes: pumpkin ravioli, seafood pasta, and twice pasta with shrimp and mushrooms. The portions were large and they were delicious. My husband had the mixed seafood plate for one meal and a fish with rice and beans plate for the other. We thought it was our best meals during our 5 week stay in Costa Rica. The staff were friendly and the music was nice and not too loud. P.S. and we are not vegetarians.

I miss dinners at this place. It was true surprise to discover such a great " Gastronomique " in this tropical country. The owner of this place really knows how to make your dinner a great event. Arno , the owner , always talks to you , like you are his best friend. Alan , the waiter , really knows how to recommend you the best " Fish of the day", and what wine goes with it. Lobster plate is a real masterpiece, everything meets in your moth. Prices are at very competitive level, compared to other restaurants in the town. And tropical surroundings makes your dinner unforgettable.

We ate at Sámara Pacific Lodge in early December. Very friendly, and delicious food. Also pretty reasonably priced for a nice dinner- $37 for two entrees and a glass of wine. It was romantic for couples but was also family friendly. If we had stayed longer than 3 nights in Sámara, we would have returned.

I ordered veggie patties that had so many ingredients and they were tempura fried and with dipping sauce. Also a nice portion of salad. Everything was beautifully prepared and was delicious! Also had a choco banana smoothie. I could not finish the entree as the three patties was more than I could eat. Highly recommended.

Good service in an outside environment . Drinks and food menu mouth watering . Despite suffering from a bad stomach ( not got by eating here ) I still managed to eat some of a delicious pizza ( the 12 portion one definately enough for two people ) and drank a Tequila Sunrise . Well worth a visit and would accommodate a wheelchair as well .
