We visited this place for Ice cream cones one hot afternoon and checked out the other small food stands. All of them looked clean and nice. We went back for dinner and enjoyed some Pancit. The Bar is set up in a small boat. Interesting!

Visited here for lunch after spending the morning at a pretty secluded beach about 10 miles away. We purposefully avoided the restaurants facing the beach. Found this little gem quite by accident. We discovered this shop last night, went again today, and plan to return tonight! Amazing soft creamy flavorful gelato made right there. If you've ever enjoyed gelato in Italy, you will know this Italian run shop it authentic. I'm obsessed with the yogurt flavor but they are all amazing. You can't go wrong!

The food is fantastic! Had the gallo pinto, the typical Costa Rican meal and it was perfect! The homemade bread is fantastic, daughter asked if we could buy a whole loaf. The avocado toast, best we have ever had. And the lemonade, wow!!! Everything was wonderful and we are so glad we found this place! Weâve been to Tamarindo many times but just discovered this gem of a cafe (itâs on the second floor of a building set back a bit from Calle Central). A variety of tasty breakfasts and lunches (the homemade banana bread French toast is to die for), refreshing smoothies, and a cheery decor with indoor and shaded outdoor seating make it a lovely spot for breakfast/lunch. The barrista is superb and makes the most delicious almond milk cappuccinos Iâve ever had (soooo much better than Starbucks). I love this place!!

A wonderful little cafe near Penca Beach. Perfect spot for morning coffee, breakfast and light lunches! Smoothies are wonderful. They now even nice ice cream! Wonderful outside seating with small area inside as well. Owner and her staff are lovely. It was also fun meeting Emmaâs beautiful baby (and of course Nana the doggie! Canât wait to come back!

The food was so fresh. Farm to table, sea to table. Just delicious. We enjoyed three different salads and three different entrees. All were great. We had chicken, fish of the day and Shrimp.
