This place has been my favorite restaurant in Guanacaste so far!! The draw is the out of this world view, but the food and drinks are also fantastic! The waiter recommended the avocado fries and they did not disappoint! The octopus in my boyfriendâs burger and my poke bowl were perfectly cooked. I will definitely come back here!Thank you so much to take the time and write us this amazing review!! We can't wait to see you again up here!! Have a wonderful day!!

Ginger is an Asian Fusion restaurant that serves tapas style - smaller plates meant to be share and ordering a few different plates. Service was fantastic, food was exquisite, atmosphere was delightful, and cocktails were perfect. My guest and I had tuna poke, seared tuna salad, firecracker shrimp and a curry beef dish. Each dish is deserving of it's own review....that's how good it was. Price is moderate, but I feel it was reasonable for the quality and atmosphere. I will definite go back!

Everything is made fresh and served piping hot. The spring rolls are delicious. Portions are huge. Very good prices too.... they serve beer wine and soft dri ks, no cocktails.....

Food was good if close to American style serving sizes, service was great - attentive staff, personable owner - turned the music volume down on request so we could hear each other without shouting. Open air plus adjustable fans made Air conditioning unnecessary. Happy hour was legitimate unlike other restaurants in the area, it really was cheaper to buy beer or cocktails during Happy Hour. Easy access walking from anywhere in Surfside (the unofficial name for the area), parking is limited but there are always places, last resort is the municipal parking lot nearby - it was usually vacant. Did not try the Indian dishes.
