Normal bar and average food. Go here for the fire dancers and the views. There are much better places to eat and drink on the beach but it isn't bad. It's just normal.Hola!! Thank you for taking a minute to leave your comments. It would have been a bit more helpful if you expressed what your idea of normal/outstanding is. We aim to be consistently different from the other businesses surrounding us and most agree that we are. Our pricing is fair considering every almost every provider has a monopoly on their products. Great place to grab breakfast right on the beach in Tamarindo. They are closed during October and sometimes have weird hours, so call before you go. Many boat tours leave from the beach in front of this restaurant and it's within walking distance from beginner/intermediate surf breaks.

Overpriced. Boring. Drinks are regular. Pool: no big deal. Waiters and bar tenders are as boring as the whole place is. Street sales men and women all over the Beach area offering tours, masagges, surfing lessons, etc. made it feel unsafe. Would search for other options around next time.

We read countless reviews on this place, I believe it is considered to be the #7th best place to eat in Tamarindo. This could not be FURTHER from the truth. To begin, the service. We were a group of four and there was already a couple there having a drink. We ordered four drinks and all ordered nachos. It took roughly 10-15 minutes just to get our drinks. The drinks were so bad we could not even finish them. When one person in our group asked for a new drink since theirs was undrinkable the service responded in a rude manor. We all ordered chicken nachos. They were covered with a mountain of nachos. There was an extremely small amount of chicken, beans, and cheese. 90% of the nachos was pico. The entire experience was weird. The place looks filthy and bugs flew all over us during our entire meal. I would say Iâm not sure why there are hundred of positive reviews we were completely dumbfounded when we showed up.

My wife and I have hung out there numerous times and itâs 5 stars every time. Weâre from Oregon so our beer tastes require something a bit more dank and this place has it. Yes.. they have IPAâs. They have fresh cut sweet potato fries and normal fries I havenât really found in Tamarindo before that are fantastic. If your into watching sports itâs your place too. The owner is super social and you can tell he knows how to run a restaurant. Just an all around great place in the heart of Tamarindo. Highly recommended!!

I love the vibe of the spot. Very chill and relax. I went with my husband but they def have seating for large parties. The empanadas was not impressive. I had the chicken Casado that was seasoned well and the salad more like a vinegar based coleslaw was refreshing.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Jennifer and the other young lady at the Front Desk. We owe her and the entire hotel staff extreme debt of gratitude. My partner and I were staying at a local, all inclusive, paid in full week-long resort down the road. We were having such a horrible experience we decided to check out of the resort early. To make the story short, (review in this case) we ended up here and everyone was so delightful and nice. The cleanliness of the hotel and service were great, attentive. The bartenders are very nice at the restaurant and bar, especially in the mornings.I was sitting at the bar one evening and noticed how disrespectful most of the american tourists were. However, I did also notice the bartenders at night are completely different and know how to handle the crowd.Overall, I respected the fact that when you check-in the first thing they tell you is ***caution Friday's there's ladies night***

If your staying at the JW Marriott in Guanacaste I highly recommend taking a walk on the beach (during low tide) to Lolaâs for lunch. The food was great and the staff was awesome. The views were also spectacular
