Superb pizza, authentic Italian style. Nowadays everyone can make a pizza, but definitely not like in Bella Napoli. In a lot of places I regretted ordering pizza; might as well have slipped a Dr Oetker in the oven at home. Not here, crispy thin crust, with good toppings. Worth your while!

I wont lie, we take out mostly. Call, then pick up. Pizza is tasty, worth my 3 minute drive 10 minute wait. There's a bar, it helps to kill time. Nice thin base, quality ingredients car smells good after. ~Score.Wait staff are pleasant, reasonably varied menu.If you're like me, well, I don't like "Jamon" in every sauce, so check, and careful, where it says Prosciutto it ain't, it's processed ham. I love the gnocchi al pesto " sin jamon"A bit pricey, 10/12 euros for a salad that we took out.!! Should drop off a few bucks if you take away yourself.I spoke to the chef a couple of times, great guy. Willing to vary what you need to mix up off the menu. Different sauces with different pastas etc.Large beers are served, and don't fill up on the Tapas at the bar if you've just ordered before being seated or taking out. Not a tapas specialty but lots of it. Inside, modern chic decor, no red and white squared table clothes in sight, neither are there any fake Positano Sorrento paintings on the wall. Multo bello.
Italian Jazz Bar
Un petit bar à tapas tenu par un Italien. Les tapas sont variés et très bon. Il règne une ambiance familiale et très conviviale. C'était très bien

Came across this place as we drove down to Playa Motril, It would be fair to say its a bit limited as most places are seafood related places to eat.Managed to find a place to park outside, sat outside table was cleaned for us which was nice and chairs wiped down after a sudden downpour, We started to order but had to moved round the corner as the heavens opened once again, staff couldnt have been more helpful, ordered a croquetas as a starter which was of good size, followed by Tapas. Mains where massive pizza`s were made to order and so were bases, couldnt fault it and to be honest it was excellent, didnt manage to eat it though was offered a box to take it back to the villa.3 fanta`s and a coffee along with 2 pizza`s and hamburger came to 33 euros which considering the size of the pizza was excellent value for money, and staff were very friendly and helpful.Would we go back YES we would

One of the first places I visited in Motril. First time I have been here in Summer of 2013 and I was in love with the hospitality and tapas. They have big variety of pizzas and they will deliver it wherever you want inside Motril. They have one of the tastiest tinto de verano and my favorite sandwich Rosca con Atún y Aguacate. They have big variety of alcoholic drinks as well. They have free wifi, just ask for the password

We had long been searching for a good little Italian restaurant in Motril and finally found Marelli which is a well kept secret by those who live locally judging by how busy it is. Very nice décor, lovely tapas and great service make it an altogether good experience. We had tapas one evening and then went back a couple of times to enjoy a shared pizza at the bar with wine but each time it was full so clearly you need to make a reservation for the bar area! We'll do that next time. We did, however, eat in the restaurant section which was full shortly after we arrived. The pizzas were very good and wine very good and reasonably priced as you would expect. We have found a little place that is likely to become quite a favourite during the cooler months anyway as not sure how this would work in the summertime.
