The slice of pizza was nice. Comfortable resturant. Friendly service. But the coffee. I couldn't finish it. It was awful. Left a bad taste in my mouth for a hour.May be the owner should try his own coffee. If he likes it he knows he likes the worst cup of coffee served in Spain.Gracias

Just visited after finding them on here. Its a small takeaway place that looks pretty average but the pizza...ahh...drool...light and crispy, oozy, makes you feel woozy lol. Too good. After a tiring visit to alhambra this was just the pick me up we needed. Half a metre cost us 16 euro and they gave us a little extra so it ended up being about 80cm cue the obligatory instagram pic to make my friends drool too, priceless...Grazie MilleThank you

The italian cuisine in granada. Mozzarelle, burrate, ricotta handmade. Fresh pasta, lasagna, wine and typical italian products
We went to Cacho & Pepe at the recommendation of other reviews at TripAdvisor & we were not disappointed. The food made here is homemade, delicious & very fresh. The owners are friendly & very accommodating. After 2 weeks of eating dinners in restaurants, we took our food back to our hotel room to enjoy as this is a take-away or take-out place with only two small tables if you prefer to dine in. Like other reviewers, we can highly recommend this restaurant.

Maria's is a small unassuming cafe/ restaurant near the cathedral. Only 3 or 4 tables and bar stools. The food was incredible; I had the home made lasagne which had a lovely bechamel sauce and was so creamy with lots of cheese absolutley delicious. My friend had the vegetarian lasagne with spinach and zucchini which was equally as good. I had a sicilian lemon tart for desert and it was the best tart I have ever had - so lemony- better than any I have had in Sicily. The house wine was really good; crisp and fresh a really good Italian white wine. A fabulous meal very cheap less than 40 euros for 2 for 2 courses and wine - Maria was a lovely host and it was like sitting in someones sitting room in Italy. Awesome.

After a long, but enjoyable day wandering the streets in Granada and admiring the many spectacular views and intimate spots to be found there, we went out to dine near our hotel in Albolote. This was one of those days when nothing but a pizza would hit the spot and, as luck would have it, we came across the wonderful PizzerÃa Aguilera. To begin with, things didn't look promising. The restaurant was unlit and the only part open was the takeaway counter. This, however, was because we had arrived relatively early (21.00) - in southern Spain people usually dine from 21.30 onwards. Still, we persevered. the dining area lights were switched on, the candle at our table was lit and we followed the waiter's recommendation of a chicken salad with the chef's own home-made dressing. A salad is a salad is a salad, I hear you cry, and I would have agreed until I tried this one. Chicken, rocket, cress, lettuce baked slivers of cheese and the most delicious dressing I have ever tasted. After ten minutes, the restaurant started to fill up and by 21.15 it was positively crowded.Next we had a vegetarian pizza - all with fresh ingredients, even down to the tomato paste. Finally, we finished it off with home-made cheesecake and sachertorte. A great meal with excellent service and at an incredible price. No wonder it seemed that half of Albolote dined there.

Our first visit to this Italian restaurant was a real treat the food and service was great and all at a reasonable price. We were only having salmon linguini but were given some fresh bread sticks with a melted cheese dip which was delicious. The pasta was excellent followed by a super chocolate brownie. The only issue is on our second visit the TVs were up at full volume for the football and conversation was nearly impossible.

Dinner in most restaurants starts late - at 8:30. We had kids and showed up at 8 and they accommodated us. Really great food for us and for the kids. And quick too. Very hard to get a reservation though. Generally very crowded. Highly Recommended!
