Lively little tapas bar that is full of character and atmosphere. Most tapas are fish and seafood - top qualoty and very fresh. The shrimp fried tortillas ( camarones) were wonderful. The aubergine drizzled with honey was full of flavour. The clams were so fresh and cooked to perfection. Some excellent wines too.

A really really cool vibe in this bar, loved the modern retro fusion of music.Young and middle ages mix comfortably. We are on our holiday. We will open on 7 August
Iâm really disappointed from the restaurant. The service was terrible. We were informed in advance that the place is closing just 4 minutes in advance and were served left over tapas on our second order of drinks (photo attached). Moreover, the sangria they serve is nothing but a wine with a soft drink in it thatâs far away from real sangria. The bartenders were pretty rude. The only thing thatâs worth it is the wine, but tbh Iâd rather buy it from a supermarket and drink it at my hotel if Iâd known I have to put up with such âserviceâ.

Brilliant place for tapas which are included as one per drink that you buy. However if you are more hungry they can be purchased individually too. Grewt atmosphere. Friendly tho very busy service. Great place for tapas and wine/ beer. Quality if pork was particularly notable. We are glad that you have been to your liking, thanks for dedicating your time with this assessment, we hope to see you again soon. a greeting

We visited The Kafka Tavern on our last evening in Granada and were so glad we'd walked the extra ten minutes to find it as it featured the best wine list we encountered in a 10-day visit to Spain as well as outstanding (complimentary) tapas. It was a cold night and we were appreciative of the delicious and warming wild mushroom soup which arrived with our first glass of wine. We were keen to try wine from lesser-known regions of Spain and the bar featured a really helpful wine map and blackboard listing wine types, regions and flavours. During our evening, we tried a gorgeous range of wines from Cadiz, Toro, Almansa and Rioja accompanied by cous cous and roasted veg and ox cheeks in red wine. The bar staff were friendly and helpful and there was a nice mix of locals and tourists who visited through the evening. We thoroughly recommend a visit!Dear Michelle and Darren,It is a pleasure to read your review. For us it is very important to know the satisfaction of our customers because it will keep us trying to improve every day and discover new wines and dishes. Here you have your house.Javi.

The best tapas in Granada!!
Great place for some tapas, a short but selected list of food (goat cheese top!), wines and a beer. Super friendly service. Pretty busy but worth either empty or full :-). Difficult to find without Google Maps. A hidden gem.

Very impressive. It is an honor for us to be your favorite pomegranate bar, thank you for dedicating your time with this appraisal, we hope to see you again soon. a greeting

Have been loving our trip to Granada and enjoying the many delights here. A friend recommended this place as a âmust doâ place in Granada so off we went 2 nights ago. The visit started with a warm welcome from the English owner followed by a great service and a beautiful arrangement of tapas food that you get to choose with each drink bought. Whilst the chicken livers in cilantro was my favourite they were all to die for. I summarised my feelings at the end of the evening to my friends saying it was the BEST âtasting menuâ I had had in a very long time.... very well done Bar Poe .... guess where we are going tonight for our last night in Granada ..... thx guys

Summary:Pros: I suspect that the (alcoholic) drinks and tapas here are probably either good or at least very good value for money, because the place was packed.Cons: Venue is small and hot. The proprietor gave off an arrogant vibe and no effort is made to accommodate people who do not wish to partake of alcohol. Basically awful customer service â itâs his way or the highway. Opening hour was not kept.Full Review:I need to preface the below review by stating that neither my wife nor I drink alcohol (she canât, and I just donât like the taste), but we still sometimes visit bars for the experience, the atmosphere, to socialize, and to try the food. That said: La Bodega de Vinny was one of my worst experiences Iâve ever had at a bar or restaurant. We spotted this place on TripAdvisor and made a specific trip across town to visit it. When we arrived at about 8:40 pm, there was a sizable crowd of local students gathered outside (a good sign that it is popular). Normally the bar opens at 8:30, but today the proprietor had for some reason decided not to open until 9:00 pm, so everyone had to wait. When he finally opened up everyone streamed in. There was minimal space and seating, so for most it was standing-room only and the venue was rather packed and hot.We could not find any tapas menu, as the proprietor simply chooses what to give to you. A bit unexpected but not a problem if the tapas are good.To get started we tried to order a succession of non-alcoholic drinks, all of which he said he did not have, until he said he does not have non-alcoholic drinks. This was very insulting seeing as a few second prior he had handed out several cokes to other patrons to mix with their drinks. And because he apparently only gives tapas to people who order drinks, we were unable to get any food. So were forced to leave without eating or drinking anything. Most likely La Bodega de Vinny provides free or cheap tapas to its drinking patrons, making it economically unviable to do that for the cost of a coke/juice/water, but we would have been happy to pay the price of an alcoholic drink if thatâs what was needed to get to try the food. However, we were never even given this option. So I guess if for any reason you donât drink alcohol (be it health, religious, practical, or whatever) youâre not welcome here and wonât get to try any of the tapas. We got the sense that since he has plenty of customers already, he doesnât feel the need to bother with making any extra effort for anyone.Since we were unable to eat or drink anything there, we left and went to another bar (Quintet), which incidentally had no problems with providing us with food, alcohol-free wine and an excellent virgin mojito, just like every single other bar weâve ever been to anywhere in any country.

Bar specialized in craft beers , we have all local, great selection of national and international beers , both bottled and tap. Enjoy our tapas and plates. Also wide selection of cocktails and gin and tonics . We also include food pairing .
I found this bar on tripadvisor and couldnât believe my luck. I had been very disappointed with a bar we went to the previous night who claimed to offer craft beer but only had 2/3 options and only one on tap. Here there is a selection of at least 20 on tap and many more in vans or bottles you really are spoilt for choice. What I liked most about this bar is that it is so refined more wine bar than normal bar. It has a lot of space between tables and the bar with bar stools and music playing. The service was friendly and efficient. We were offered a tapa but declined this. We enjoyed our beer choices and will definitely return and stay for food too.
