We ordered 2 steaks. One arrived and was placed before my husband. However eventually we realised that mine was not going to arrive. Spoke to the waiter who was very disinterested! We waited and waited and after half an hour my husband abandoned his now cold meal. We paid for a bottle of wine, which was mainly undrunk and my husband's meal. What a rip off! Terrible terrible service.

Good big terrace in the centre of town, nearby the sea. The quality of their food is high, a good 'ensaladilla rusa', selection of fish and other tapas but above all and without a doubt, they serve the best calamares in town! Don't miss it!

The Noray is the Restaurant of "Port Salin" hotel.We have been several times recently as we enjoy the fare very as well as the waterside location.In addition to the 'a la carte' menu they offer a very good value 'menu del dia' given the excellent quality of the food.The service is warm, friendly and efficient, we look forward to our next visit.

You have limited but sufficient choice of typically Catalan dishes on the set price menu. The paella and zarzuela we had for our main courses were excellent. You also get bread, olives and wine as part of the menu. Can't fault the meal or the service.

Delighted to come across this restaurant pleasantly located by the marina at the northern end of the beach/promenade - one of the best in Roses, serving freshly prepared seafood. Early season set lunch menu was fantastic value at three courses plus glass for â¬15 - in my case including a perfectly cooked sea bream - understand this goes up during main season, though would still be worth it in my view.Attentive and efficient, polite service.

This lovely restaurant on the harbour st the far end of town is perfect if you want something a little special. My husband is coeliac and they produced a freshly baked rustic roll and took the time to go through the menu. The three course meal was 1st class, beautifully presented. I had the goats cheese starter, which was a meal in itself, pasta and a rich and creamy Catalonian Cream for dessert. I would really recommend this lovely restaurant.

Excellent lunch, crammed full of seafood for â¬9 [and that price included a 1/4 litre of wine]. Very friendly owner. Good for family meal - lots to choose for the kids. Nice outdoor/pavement terrace and very busy. Will return.

Without peer in this area!The staff were polite but not overly friendly (we thought this was language based).The starters and mains were all seafood which was ideal for us. The dorado for 4 people was superbly cooked and served.We might have enjoyed a few sautéed potatos but hey as the song says: I would walk 500 miles.... for this calibre of seafare

Had a meal here last night and although the restaurant looks very quaint, we found the staff less welcoming. In particular the young waitress, who was extremely miserable! The food portions were of a good size but the choice was limited. Quite expensive for the quality of foo, so will not choose to eat here again.
