Ottima pizza e personale gentile e disponibile.

Ambiente famigliare e amichevole

Discovered while we were traveling hidden in the houses of a small village. Friday grilled meat on the terrace. traditional cuckoos offered by the house very good, grilled fillet with perfect vegetables. if you do not want to immediately get back on the road, they also have rooms to stay overnight. To mark and return.

Pizza deserves 5 stars. Best flower, good ingredients. Friendly and informal environment. Recommended by a native-language, albeit very demanding, genoese person. The only problem is the TV on all the time. Meaning that the transition to a decent class pizzeria is still on-going.

I visit Italy a fair bit Genova in particular. I like to try new places to eat. About two years ago I found this little gem called Ca De Pitta. It's a friendly family run traditional restaurant with amazing food and they speak English which helps as my Italian is a little rusty to say the least. All food I have tried have here have been good, my favourite was the confit sage rabbit and the owners mums jam tart which keeps me coming back! I would recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys!

Although one would imagine that any restaurant in Italy should serve excellent quality food, believe me, even as a local it's still quite problematic to find venues offering an authentic Italian experience. This is why I frequently pay Il Pontino a visit! And here's what I mean by 'authentic Italian experience'.A rustic venue of modest size, Il Pontino offers the warm and friendly atmosphere typical of the family-run business. The staff are very attentive, and extremely amiable, while the excellent food comes in good sized portions at a fairly moderate price.More importantly, the home-made dishes offered are a true expression of the typical Genoese cuisine: the use of local products and local traditional recipes is a guarantee of freshness, taste, and excellent quality. And let's not forget the tasty pizzas emerging from the wood oven! While not among the easiest restaurants to access for the tourist, Il Pontino is well worth a visit!

Farinata is a typical dish you can eat in Liguria made with chickpeas flour. It is possible to have it plain or with blue cheese, artichokes, sausage and many other kind of food. In this place is simply.. fantastic! Of course you can have also very good pizzas and other kind of dishes. The personnel is very nice and you won't have bad surprise when you pay, it is cheap!

OK, I will write the first englisch review. It was a very good decision to visit this restaurant. The people, even if nobody really spoke englisch, were very nice, and the communication was very friendly and everything worked fine. The Pizza here is very nice, with top quality ingredients and cooked with the Italian love. And also the desert was very good!

The restaurant gets its name from that of the rightly famous Spanish ham, which you can taste here at its best, traditionally cut by hand rather than machine. Great selection of meats, pizzas, beers and wine. Patanegra ham and grilled meat are the highlight here, but of course they are also the most expensive dishes, so plan your budget in advance.
