Bar-Pizzeria gradevolmente spartano,il mio genere preferito,accogliente e pulito.Menu' allettante,pizza con bordi alti ma non napoletana,buona nel complesso,impasto rustico eccellente,fragrante in superfice e ben maturato,condimenti discreti un po' sciapi..........digeribilita' ok.Servizio pratico e veloce,prezzi onesti.

Siamo stati in questa pizzeria per festeggiare il compleanno di un ragazzo e passare una serata diversa.Il locale è elegante e dispone di un comodo parcheggio , il personale accogliente e gentile ed è molto disponibile.Nonostante si presentino come pizzeria, hanno anche un'ampia scelta di primi e secondi.Personalmente ho potuto gustare la Scottona da 600 grammi , che è giunta in tempi brevi e cotta come richiesto; delicata, saporita, una carne che si scioglieva in bocca.Anche la pizza che ho assaggiato dall'altro commensale era molto delicata e l'impasto digeribile, soffice come la tradizione napoletana impone.Oltre la qualità , non è mancato neanche il prezzo, economico e alla portata di tutti.Ritornerò volentieri.

Son tornato qui con alcuni amici dopo diverso tempo, debbo dire di essermi rifocillato per bene. Abbiamo optato tutti per un menu pizza, compreso un amico intollerante al glutine. Il risultato è stato fenomenale. Pizze molto buone e gustose, antipasto davvero abbondante e tantâè che basterebbe solo quello per saziarti. Ci tornerò molto volentieri.

The place is not too big and when we went there it was pretty packed but the staff is kind, the service is relatively fast and the food is definitely worth a try. It's not the Italian typical pizza, more a "gourmet" type, but it is still really good.Prices, of course, are slightly higher than for ordinary pizzas. Thanks Jaderises for the nice review, there is a lot of work behind Ferment and we try to do it in the best way. Next time I suggest you try, if you will of course, also our hamburgers, even those of meat selected at Km 0 and condiments and homemade sauces. We wish you a good day.

Ho trovato per caso questa pizzeria e tornerei ad Isola Liri solo per mangiare di nuovo questa pizza strepitosa!! Cotta a legna in un forno che ne garantisce la perfetta cottura e lievitazione in pochissimi minuti (nemmeno 2...), ben condita e, che non guasta, anche super economica. Cosa volere di più? Complimenti ai proprietari, continuate così.

I'm from England and always visit this place when visiting the area for their excellent range of well kept, quality beers (usually around 12 different types)! This pub is one of the oldest established pubs in the region, starting business around 40 years ago.The staff are always attentive and welcoming.In the last couple of years the owner, Simone, has introduced a comprehensive menu of pizzas that are both tasty and excellent value for money. There are other items on the vast menu, including burgers, sandwiches, steaks etc.Simone and staff have just recently won an award for best pizza in the area, a fantastic achievement in a short space of time.The above are reflected in the large amount of people that choose to eat or drink here on an evening. They can't all be wrong!If you're in the area, give it a try.Cheers!!!!!

Ci mettono passione per offrire un prodotto che nella sua semplicità richiede però alcuni punti fondamentali: Materia prima di qualità , lievitazione naturale, farina preparata e selezionata, giusta cottura in un forno ben areato che non lasci sul fondo della pizza residui e sentori di bruciato. A parte una "mozzarella" asciutta appositamente prodotta per la pizza che non mi ha soddisfatto appieno per il gusto, da frequentatore abituale delle migliori pizzerie di Napoli da molti anni, posso dirmi più che soddisfatto. Prezzi adeguati. Ambiente carino e ben arredato. Consigliato .

Acqvaliri was recommended to me by family. I was pleased with the restaurant. Due to the large number of people on our table (11 people), we approved of the suggestion that several dishes were brought to share between us all. They served a selection of both starters (delicious prosciutto, ham, bread filled with cheese, etc.) and pizzas. They offered a wide range of impressive and well presented pizzas. The "birra artigiano" was splendid. The service was friendly and helpful.They kindly offered to box the remaining pizza for us to take home.The layout of tables was spacious enough and the value for money was fine. I believe there was a gallery exhibition attached. Cars can park on the roadside outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a pleasant meal and I would recommend it.

Mi sono recato tre volte e ho sempre trovato una ottima qualità sia di carne che di pesce. Il personale è gentilissimo ed attento. Ottimo è stato anche il prezzo. Il locale non è grande e di sabato è consigliata la prenotazione.

Pizza here is the proper âPizza Napoletanaâ made with excellent ingredients. Lovely location, especially in summer, just in front of the water fall. The only downside is the waiting time because they donât accept reservations, we had to wait for 2 hours
